New modern villas in the center of Novalja, exclusively furnished and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Each villa includes a private pool, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area, and an open-space living room. There are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and comfortable king-size beds, and the villas can accommodate up to 10 guests. Outside, you also have a garden area. The location offers easy access to Novalja on foot, while outside beaches and attractions (including Zrće Beach) require a taxi or local bus. The city center has restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, and small shops, and the sea on the city beach is about a 2-minute walk away. Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00; guests must present a valid ID and the payment card used for the booking, and a EUR 500 damage deposit is required on arrival. Smoking is allowed only on balconies, and loud noises are not permitted between 14-17 and 22-8.
