The exterior spans approximately 300m², including a sun deck, lounge, barbecue, and a herb garden, offering both privacy and open-air luxury.

The interior was designed by the architectural studio Nikàrt, which received the German Design Award for Excellent Product 2026 for the products featured throughout the house. Inside, earthy tones, warm textures, and brass accents create a serene and inviting atmosphere. Carefully selected furnishings, from a solid oak dining table and linen sofas to sculptural Bang & Olufsen speakers, contribute to the elegant, understated luxury of the home.

During the summer season, a small supermarket operates in the center of Sveta Nedjelja village. Although modest in size, it offers all essential daily necessities and is open from June 1st to September 30th. Just 200 metres from the beach and steps from a restaurant serving fresh Adriatic fish, the villa offers easy access to Hvar town, combining vibrant local culture with the tranquil privacy of its hillside setting.
