Villa Ana is a lovely 4-bedroom villa for up to 8 guests, located in the peaceful Paradise Villas Resort near Vodnjan, just 12,5 km from Peroj Beach. 

The villa features a private pool, BBQ, a large terrace with an outdoor dining table, and an indoor fireplace for cozy evenings. It also has two parking spots, making your stay even more convenient.

On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom with a double bed and pool access, and a bathroom with a washing machine. Upstairs, there’s another bathroom and three bedrooms with double beds, two of which share a balcony.

Nearby, you can visit charming towns and sites such as Pula, just 15 km away, known for its Roman ruins, including the famous Pula Arena. 

Rovinj, located 25 km from the villa, is a picturesque coastal town with beautiful old town streets and stunning views. 

Kažun Park in Vodnjan, only 7 km away, is a unique area with traditional Istrian stone structures.

You can also enjoy the nearby Peroj Beach, just 12,5 km from the villa, or explore the other beautiful beaches around Fažana, which is 11 km away.

There is a tennis court that our guests can use, shared with other guests at the villa resort (16 villas), and also a half-basketball court where you can shoot some hoops.
