Overview
In a small village by the sea is located this newly renovated apartment with a beautiful swimming pool and whirlpool.
The apartment has 5 bedrooms with double beds and can accommodate a total of 10 guests.
The beach is 500 meters away, restaurants and shops are 150 meters away.
On the first floor there are 2 rooms with a terrace, 2 bathrooms with a toilet, a kitchen with a terrace, a living room with a terrace, while on the
second floor there are 3 rooms: 1 room with a terrace, 1 bathroom with a toilet, 1 room with a balcony and one room without a balcony/terrace.
The apartment has a total of 6 parking spaces, a tavern with a summer kitchen that contains a large barbecue, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, sandwich toaster, stove, pizza oven. The tavern also has an outdoor toilet with a separate entrance. Next to the tavern is a machine room with a washing machine and dryer, shower and ice maker. Around the pool there is plenty of space for sunbathing and various activities. In a few weeks there will be a large pergola with approx. 30m2, in front of the engine room there is a jacuzzi for 5 people, which is in operation all year round with a temperature of up to 40°. The large pool is 8x4m, 1.5m deep with an indoor bench and a waterfall. The pool is heated by a heat pump and can be used all year round, just like the jacuzzi. The large pool flows into a small pool, 4x4m in size and 70cm deep with massage jets.
Next to the pool there are canopies where you can enjoy with family and friends.
