Additional features include an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, gym, and soundproof interiors. Please note a 500 euro security deposit is payable upon arrival to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection.

Spread over two floors and covering over 350 square meters it features a cozy living room with a fireplace, Netflix-equipped TV, and an open-concept layout, alongside a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Outside, guests can relax by the private pool, unwind on the sunny terrace while savouring sea views, or enjoy meals in the peaceful garden with outdoor dining, loungers, and umbrellas. Additional amenities include an inviting indoor jacuzzi, a sauna, a well-equipped gym, and soundproof interiors.

To fully experience the area, we invite you to visit the famous city of Dubrovnik — arguably the most popular destination on the Adriatic coast, and for good reason. Founded in the seventh century and shaped by centuries of rulers, the city showcases a rich cultural and historical legacy. Its UNESCO-protected, pedestrian-only Old Town is surrounded by 10th-century stone walls stretching two kilometers, rising up to six meters in some parts — a must-see walk. Stroll along Stradun, Dubrovnik’s lively main street lined with cafés and restaurants, the perfect place to admire the architecture, watch the world go by, enjoy the fresh catch of the day, and sip a glass of Malvazija.
