The adjacent dining room comfortably seats 10, and the fully equipped kitchen boasts a bar and an espresso coffee maker, ideal for enjoying your mornings.

Step outside to the spacious outdoor terrace where you’ll find a heated swimming pool (33 m²) with the added luxury of electrolysis, a waterfall, and a geyser. The pool is 1.5 meters deep, surrounded by 4 deck chairs for sunbathing and an outdoor dining area, complete with a grill for al fresco meals.

For your convenience, the villa includes a separate toilet, a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron, ensuring a stress-free stay.
