This 5-bedroom villa in Fažana is about 2 km from the first beaches and includes a ground-floor bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a living room. From the green garden you’ll have direct access to the private pool (heated on request) and an outdoor dining area. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with SAT TV, and there’s table football, darts, a pool table, plus a small playground. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. Pool heating is available on request for 200 EUR/week.

Villa Ines is very close to Pula and located only 2km from the first beaches. Just a short drive can bring you to Fažana, a small town, from which you can take a boat and visit the Brijuni Islands and the well-known National Park. Pula offers a variety of activities, from sports facilities, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, to organized excursions.

On the ground floor is one bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room.

There is direct access to the green garden with a private pool (heated on request) and outside dining area. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and another bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with SAT TV.
