If you want to escape from the busy everyday life, holiday houses and celebrations "Kokotova hiža" located in the heart of Zagorje, is the ideal place for you.

On the fairy-tale Zagorski breg in the village of Klimen/hamlet of Lugari with 7 wooden houses on the edge of the forest in untouched nature on 700 m2 is the renovated property Kokotova hiža.

The property consists of three wooden buildings: a house, a barn and a gazebo with a brick barbecue. The house is 55 m2 in size, with a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor and a room in the attic. The front of the house has a fenced yard for pets.

In the old stable there is a room for celebrations and a bathroom. In addition to the gazebo of 20 m2, there is also a brick barbecue and a swing for adults and children.
Jacuzzi in use since March 15, 2023. until 15.10.2023.
Guests can use the large parking lot, playground, Wi-fi and Evo TV free of charge.
