Garage with 6 parking spaces and reception is on the ground floor. Besides this, there is also a studio apartment for the villa staff.

On the villa's first floor, the guests can found a dining/living room with a kitchen and a terrace. 2 bedrooms are located on the same floor; one is an en-suite master bedroom with a king-size bed, and another is a deluxe bedroom with a whirlpool bathtub. From the mentioned floor the guests can enjoy direct access to the outdoor swimming pool.

On the top level (the third floor) there are two junior suites with a kitchen, living, and a dining area, double en-suite bedroom, and balcony with a stunning sea view.
