On a property of 1450 square meters, there are two buildings with a total area of 670 square meters, which are connected by a basement space, where you can find a leisure room. As part of the villa, guests have at their disposal three swimming pools, two outdoor with infinity edge and one indoor heated, which is located within the wellness center in the spa room with sauna. On the ground floor of each building there is a spacious and modern living room, with kitchen and dining area. From the ground floor there is an exit to the terrace with two swimming pools where guests will surely spend most of their time. Here you can enjoy the unforgettable view of the picturesque greenery of the Istrian hinterland. On the first floor there are bedrooms that all have en suite bathrooms. Here, too, there is a modern design with great glazing, so the villa always has plenty of sunlight and the freshness of the Istrian air. Private parking is provided for each couple of guests in front of the villa.
