Villa has two kitchens with two dining and living areas, floor warming and air conditioning in all rooms, therefore ensure comfortable accommodation for the entire 12 months of the year.

This charming stone villa is located in Jesenice near Dugi Rat, built way back in 1888 and renovated in 2021. It is only 7 km from the center of Omis, and 20 km from the city of Split.For those eager for adventure and action, the river Cetina is close by with its waterfalls perfect for activities like kayaking, rafting, canyoning and zip line.

This luxury rental villa with heated infinity pool is built on a plot of land measuring 1300 m2, with a total living area of 370 m2. It consists of three floors mutually interconnected by stairs. On the the ground level is a large closed parking area and right at the villa entrance you will find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment and additional towels.

On the first and second floor are almost identical; both of these floors have a kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a living room with an LCD TV and an indoor fireplace. On both of these floors you will find a covered terrace with a comfortable outdoor seating set and a round outdoor dining table with chairs next to the entrance to the living room, kitchen with dining area.

On the spacious upper terrace there is a heated infinity pool of 28 m2 surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The terrace offers a panoramic sea view and the nearby beach.Next to the pool terrace there is a grill for preparing local specialties and an entrance to a dalmatian tavern that features a large wooden dining table with two wooden benches, a wood-burning grill and a small kitchen.

The third floor of this family villa in Jesenice is an attic with a separate entrance from the rooftop terrace, that has been turned into an entertainment room, in which there is a sauna with shower room, fitness corner with Technogym weight bench, pool table, comfortable sofa with LCD TV and a Play Station 4 console. On the rooftop terrace there is private jacuzzi and a lounge area, the perfect corner to relax in the hot summer days.

All rooms of this luxurious stone villa are fully air-conditioned and also have underfloor heating, which makes this holiday villa ideal for a stay in the colder period. The villa has WI-FI on the whole property.
