This enchanting holiday villa for rent can accomodate 3 to 4 familys or group of friends (up to 14 people) looking to stay at a villa with private pool and who prefer to walk into town for restaurants and cafes. This house is split-level, which means it has an upper and lower level on each floor. On the upper floor's ground level, there's a bedroom with its own bathroom. Next to it, there's a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room. Downstairs on the same floor, there's another bedroom with its bathroom.

Upstairs in the villa, there are five bedrooms, one with an en sute bathroom with shower. Two of these bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs, have their entrances from outside. The outside area of the villa features a 64m2 private swimming pool with sunloungers, parasols and outdoor shower, a covered terrace with summer kitchen, barbecue grill, table and chairs, toilet and a parking for 5 cars.

The medieval town Svetvinčenat, located in the south of the central part of Istria, is one of Istrian jewels in which the tourist offer has taken on a new life over last several years, especially through various manifestations which are held in extraordinarily attractive historical locations of this little town. During summer months, in the medieval castle of family Morisin-Grimani in Svetvinčenat, Istra etno jazz festival programmes take place and the nearby beautiful main town square and surrounding locations have been the stage for the traditional Festival of Dance and Non-Verbal Theatre.

Villa Fierra is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 2 pets allowed. Pet fee in amount of 15€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival.
