165m2 of well-equipped living space is divided into two floors and offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The space has been designed so that guests have at their disposal both places for private rest and for spending time together with family or friends. The villa is characterized by high quality finish in natural colors and modern-classic design.

The ground floor is a spacious (47m2) air-conditioned living room combined with a dining room (table for 8 people) and a fully equipped kitchen (20m2) with an island. In the living area there are two sofas, a coffee table and a large TV hung on the wall. The living room has a direct exit to the terrace, garden with heated swimming pool and external dining room.

On this floor there is also one of the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and guest toilet.

First floor

The first floor is the sleeping area of the house. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms and wardrobes. The bedrooms have their own air conditioning and balcony. The balcony is common for 2 bedrooms and has an area of 30 m2 and is connected to a large terrace where there are sun loungers and a seating set.

An undoubted advantage of this property is a heated swimming pool with an area of 30 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m and a sun terrace with sun loungers surrounded by greenery. There is also an additional covered terrace for outdoor meals, equipped with a stone grill and a set of garden furniture. It is a perfect place to spend time together at any time of the day or night.

The entire property is fenced, which is important for families resting with children. The green area around the house is so large that the youngest can play here, while adults have a shaded place to feast and enjoy the holiday time.

BEACHES

The villa is located 300m from the sea and 800m from the nearest beach. Actually, the entire coast in this part of Sukošan is used for beaches. Most of them have a flat shore, which is- as well as the seabed- pebble and fine-grained here. The water gradually gets deep.

Dječji Raj Beach /Children's Paradise Beach/ - 950m from the villa.

Ideal beach for small children, where the coast is pebble (and partially paved with stone), the bottom is sandy and the waters are shallow. It is particularly suitable for playing games with balls, like 'picking'. The beach is equipped with showers, changing cabins, and toilets. There are beach chair and pedal boat rentals as well as cafe bars.

Makarska Beach - 2km 

The beach is partially paved and partially covered with pebbles, with plenty of natural shade of tamarisk. Nearby is a playground for volleyball, basketball court, and bocce. Showers, changing cabins, and chemical toilets are available.

Zlatna Luka Beach - 2,1km

Located at the entrance to Sukosan from Zadar. The beach is covered with pebbles and tamarisk and pine trees provide natural shade during the summer heat. There are showers, changing cabins, and chemical toilets. On the beach, you can enjoy beach volleyball.

D-Marin Beach -2,4km

The newly-designed beach within D-Marin Dalmacija with accompanying content like a restaurant and an exclusive beach club. It is a pebble beach with luxury rest areas on the water.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS, AND GROCERIES

The nearest grocery is 900m away, a coffee bar is 750m and a restaurant is about 800m far. The best choice of gastronomic points, shops and services can be found in the centre of Sukošan, distanced about 1,5km.

To reach our property, leave the A1 highway at the Zadar II (Zadar istok) exit and head towards Sukošan.
