Set in Milna, this air-conditioned apartment offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms for up to 8 guests. The open-plan kitchen-dining area includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, and the living area has a flat-screen TV. Enjoy time outdoors in the private garden and BBQ area, and relax on the balcony with a dining area plus a terrace with garden and pool views. A washing machine is available in one bathroom, and free private parking is offered on site. For stays over 7 days, free mid-stay cleaning is included. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is at 10:00. A stay tax of €1.40 per person per night is due on arrival (not for children under 12).

Villa Anna is a luxurious development consisting of three large apartments in the town of Milna located to the west of Brac.

The apartment has a large open plan kitchen-dining area and a very comfortable living area with plasma TV. This leads out to a large balcony with a dining area that is perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Adriatic evenings.

Each bedroom has two single beds that can be turned into a double bed with ease. Two of the bedrooms have an en suite while there is an extra bathroom beside the third bedroom. The master bedroom in each apartment has a door leading out to the balcony to enjoy some morning sunrise.

The apartment has its own private garden and BBQ area and a separate parking space. The beautiful pool area is shared.The new pool in front of the ground floor apartment is just for that apartment while upstairs pool is shared 

The garden in the villa has retained plenty of the olive trees that are so common in the area and even an orange tree.

The beautiful town of Milna is only a short walk from the development.


The apartment is located close to the town of Milna and all of it's local amenities. The closest restaurant and shop are only 100m from the apartment. This is only a small shop and larger shops can be found in the town.

There are two marinas in Milna and Villa Anna is located close to the smaller marina. It is possible to berth your boat in this marina for around €50 per night. Likewise, you can rent a boat from this marina if required.

The nearest beach is also very close to the development and is less than a five minute walk. This is a stone beach and there are other beaches within walking distance of the apartments. The coastline around the Milna area is beautiful made up of many inlets and small bays. It is no surprise that diving is popular in this area and one can simply snorkel in the local bay or join the local diving club.

If you fancy a day trip to Split there is a regular catamaran that goes directly from Milna to Split. This is a passenger catamaran so will not take cars. The catamaran takes around 45 - 50 minutes and sails on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. The catamaran leaves Milna in the morning at 9.15 and returns from Split at 4.30pm. The timetable for Sunday is not as flexible and leaves Split at 6.45pm and returns from Milna at 7.45pm.

There is also a more regular ferry service from Split to Supetar which is the capital town of Brac. These are large car ferries that can travel every two hours during the summer months.
