The central feature in the well-maintained garden is the 50m2 heated pool with a massage function, surrounded by sun loungers. A comfortable seating set and an outdoor living area with a dining table, lounge area and a summer kitchen with gas grill are also located next to the pool terrace. The large glass doors of this modern villa for rent can be fully opened, connecting this space with the villa's covered outdoor living area and garden.

In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer, toaster, microwave, wine fridge, and coffee maker, there is a dining table for 8 people and a comfortable living room with a sofa set and an LCD TV. The villa is equipped with a SONOS wireless audio system that extends throughout the entire property. Neutral colors and modern design dominate the entire space, while the abundant natural light illuminates all the rooms.

Next to the living room, a spacious hallway leads to the first air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and LCD TV and Wi-Fi. Further down the hallway, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with TVs, sharing a bathroom with a walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway, there is a air-conditioned master bedroom with a double bed, LCD TV, wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a sauna. The ground floor also includes a guest toilet.

Villa Serenity I is fully air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi.. Guests have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. High chairs and baby beds are also available on request. Parking spots are also availabe on the property.

Pets are allowed on request with an additional charge: 100€ per week.
