Positiv waren vor allem der eigene Parkplatz im zum Haus zugehörigen Parkhaus sowie die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Martina war hervorragend. Von der Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus gelangt man zudem in 5-10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Leider war die Rolllade der Terrasse kaputt, sodass man nicht raus auf den Balkon gelangen konnte. Da die Rolllade unten stand und nicht hoch ging, hatte die Wohnung nicht viel Tageslicht. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und wir würden immer wieder kommen.

L'alloggio era pulito ed ordinato e offriva le cose essenziali che servono in viaggio. Tra le cose positive vorrei menzionare un ottimo fornaio in zona, la possibilità di parcheggio interno e la vicinanza della fermata dell'autobus. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con le tapparelle automatiche ma in qualche maniera abbiamo risolto in autonomia con le tende, per il resto non abbiamo avuto altri problemi particolari da segnalare.

We came to the clean place and without any strange smell - this means a lot for us, here we luckily did not need to clean the appartment by ourselves:). We got a private parking in the garage on the ground of the building. Easy access. The building is well located - 10min to the city centre by public transport and 10min walking distance to the shopping centre VIC, incl. restaurant. Few minutes to the highway. But - also quite close to the train railways, we did not feel any vibrations, but you can hear the train, especially when the window is open. For us it did not mean any problem. It was easy to chat with the owner and she was ready to help with any issue. As it is a studio, the place is quite small, and e.g. all led indicators from TV, rooter, etc (of which some of them was not possible to turn off) were quite close to the bed, for some sensitive people it may be a negative point. In a nutshell, I recommend for some 2-3 days trip in Ljubljana and particular region.

Stan se nalazi u mirnoj ulici, udaljen je do pola sata lagane šetnje do centra grada. U blizini se nalaze kafić, pekara, autobusna stanica,dućan..u stanu je sve bilo jako čisto i uredno. Dogovor sa Martinom je tekao glatko i ugodno od prvog trenutka. Sve je bilo super!

El apartamento es muy bonito, mejor para dos que para tres. Aunque no está en el centro, la parada de bus está muy cerca. Tuvimos un pequeño problema y Martina nos lo solucionó rápidamente. Muy recomendable.

Très joli studio moderne et propre situé à 1 min à pied d‘un arrêt de bus menant en 5-10 min au centre-ville. Très proche de l‘autoroute également, donc un bel emplacement pour découvrir la charmante ville de Ljubljana. Le studio a tout ce qu‘il faut pour passer quelques nuits et cuisiner des repas. Il se trouve dans un quartier très calme et l‘emplacement parking disponible est un grand plus pour nous. La procédure d‘arrivée s‘est également passée sans aucun souci et les instructions sont claires. Merci beaucoup!
