Approaching this impressive property, the first thing you will notice is the main house, which extends over 120 m2 and includes three smaller houses on the estate.
What completes the overall impression of the villa is the vast swimming pool of 26 m2, which is complete with sun loungers, outdoor table, chairs and barbecue. The garden area is tiled in stone and landscaped with a variety of Mediterranean vegetation such as olive trees, grape vines, lemon trees, tomatoes, etc. What sets this property apart from others is that it is conceived as an environmentally friendly and self-sustaining structure, where you will have all your modern needs met, while also giving you a taste of the past. The entire garden is designed as a place from which guests will be able to pick their own fresh fruits and vegetables and enjoy the unique flavours of Dalmatia.
On the ground floor of the house directly from the central courtyard with the swimming pool, on the left you will enter the fully equipped kitchen. Opposite the kitchen, you will find the dining room with a table for 8-14 people. Extending from the dining room is the living room with a large seating set and a beautiful fireplace, which gives a special romantic atmosphere of this area. On the right side of the main entrance, there is a guest toilet and two bedrooms. Both rooms have double beds and private en suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub.
The first floor of the villa (attic) is reached by coming up the internal stairs.
This top floor includes two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, while the other has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Both rooms have a great view of the Roman plain of Stari Grad .
The basement area of the villa is reserved for the indispensable wine cellar, which is designed to store wine, prosciutto and other Dalmatian delicacies; while a smaller part of the basement of 10 m2 occupies the boiler.
To the right of the central house, there are 3 smaller houses on the property.
At the first smaller house, you will find a large antique fireplace and an old stone wood-burning stove. In the same house, there is a dining room for 10 people, which is an ideal place for socializing with family and friends ready to taste and enjoy Dalmatian dishes and wines.
In the second house, you will find a laundry room where you will find an iron, ironing board, washing machine, etc. In the same house, there is a bathroom with a shower; and in the attic, you will find a bedroom, which has a double bed. This room is intended to accommodate staff such as a butler or maids/servants who would assist the guests in the villa.
The third house consists of a fifth bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
