This traditional Dalmatian stone villa is located 5 m from the sea in the center of Sumartin on the island of Brač. Spread across three floors with 100 m² of space, it offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet for 6 (+2) guests. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining and living areas plus a large bathroom with a tub. Upstairs, bedrooms and bathrooms include a master suite with a private tub and views of the sea and harbour. Outside, enjoy a spacious 500 m² garden with stone paths and a wooden pergola, plus a pool area on a stone plateau near the promenade with deck chairs and sun umbrellas. Additional amenities include SAT TV, Hi-Fi, wireless internet, washing machine and an outdoor barbecue. Two parking spaces are available for guests. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Up to 1 pet is allowed.
Villa Sea Garden is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, located in the first row to the sea (5 m from the sea), in the center of the picturesque settlement- Sumartin on the island of Brač.
 
On the ground floor area of Villa Sea Garden, there are: a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a very attractive counter that can be used as a working surface, dining room and comfortable living room. All these functional units create an ideal place for relaxing. On the ground floor of Villa Sea Garden, there is also a large bathroom with a tub.
 
The living room on the ground floor and the first floor of Villa Sea Garden are connected by an internal staircase leading you to the "world of dreams", which consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the other is with two single beds. Both bedrooms are spacious and furnished with subtle elegance.
 
On the second floor of Villa Sea Garden, there is a master bedroom with a large double bed, relaxing seating furniture and a private bathroom with a tub. Due to the many large windows, this area is always full of light. This room has a beautiful view of the crystal clean sea and of the many boats in the harbour, giving this space additional charm.
 
Villa Sea Garden has a spacious garden area of 500 m2. This impressive area has many attractive facilities such as the carefully maintained garden lawn. It stretches along the whole surface of the garden area, which is landscaped with numerous stone walls and stone garden ornaments. In this area, there is a unique pergola, supported by wooden pillars. It possesses beautiful dining furniture, where you will spend many wonderful and unforgettable moments during your vacation as you enjoy a glass of good wine and tasty Dalmatian food, prepared on the outdoor grill. This particular part of the villa will allow you to experience the authentic essence of Dalmatia. It will definitely be a very beautiful memory of your stay in Villa Sea Garden.

Another attraction of the villa is the creatively designed swimming pool area with a stone plateau, equipped with numerous deck chairs and sun umbrellas. This plateau is located close to the promenade. From here, you can have a wonderful view of the entire harbour, surrounding villages and the deep blue sea with islands in the distance.
 
Villa Sea Garden is fully air-conditioned. It is fully equipped with SAT TV, Hi-Fi, wireless Internet connection, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, outdoor barbecue, garden, dining and sitting furniture, deck chairs, and swimming pool. Villa Sea Garden has a kitchen equipped with 4 ceramic plates, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, electric kettle and kettle. A baby cot and baby feeder are available upon request. The villa has two parking spaces for its guests.
