Everything! Maro is a truly wonderful host and the property met all of our needs. Very thoughtful, it's a place of comfort and real cleanliness. Quiet! While being close to so many restaurants and short drive/bus to Old Town. The beds were excellent. The showers. Would 100% stay again.

I booked Marko's place for some older relatives visiting Dubrovnik. Marko was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My family were very impressed with the apartment. Great amenities, very modern and large space to relax in. Excellent location, close to the bus stop and lovely restaurants in walking distance.

The location was excellent, only a ten minute Uber ride to the Old Town area. There was a convenient grocery store right next door (literally) which made all the difference when we wanted to get a snack or bite to eat. There is a nice beach less than ten minutes walking distance from the Apartment which was also very nice and convenient. The Host was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely go back and stay there on my next trip to Dubrovnik. 10/10

Morden, comfortable apartment, close to the restuarants and coastal walk. Easy to get to old town by taxi, and local supermarket downstairs for esentials. We took taxi to the Old town, which I think was the right way to approach Dubrovnik.

Host Maro is a great guy, got in touch shortly before our arrival, waited for us in front of the building, collection of the keys was quite smooth. Maro also gave extensive explanations about the apartment and tips of things to do around the area + restaurants. I understood he can also organize day trips / excursions. The apartment is well equipped, very spacious and comfortable, ideal location in Lapad: a few steps from the pedestrian promenade, many restaurants around and good base for the 5 km circular coastal walk around Babin Kuk. Public transport or taxi / uber make it easy to reach the Old Town. Small supermarket Studenac on the ground floor is very convenient.

My friends and I (two couples) loved the 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment which is obviously is in a new building. The walls and windows are so thick, it is very quiet on the inside. Did I say it was quiet?! We really appreciated that! The furniture is all new and beautiful! The beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the provided robes and beach towels. The internet was fast (both download and upload). Our favorite feature was the balcony where we could enjoy some wine at the end of a long day exploring. Speaking of exploring, we loved walking around the Lapad area. A must do is to walk around the Lapad peninsula. The views of the sea are amazing and you can stop along the way to swim or get a drink. We loved having a gin & tonic at the Cave Bar More (ideally at sunset) and a cool, off the beaten path bar was Beach Bar Ponat which was a welcome break when walking around on the other side. If you are vegan, recommend Nista and Soul Food Kitchen in Old Town. Thank you Maro!

A beautiful apartment and very well located with a mini super market just below. Situated on the promenade with stunning views just a 10 minute walk away. Marko was very helpful and responsive to our needs and very thorough with check in and local recommendations. Also very worth it to book airport transfer through him as it is cheaper than Uber.

We had a fantastic stay at Markos Apartment. It was absolutely gorgeous and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Marko was really friendly and gave us some great tips. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped, also high quality furniture and everything. The location was also great, relaxed but nice beaches and restaurants in walking distance. The old town was easy to reach via Uber. We would come back at any time (preferably longer than only for the weekend). Thank you very much ans maybe see you soon :)

This was a last minute booking as another host cancelled at very short notice. Marco was an excellent host, great communication, helpful and friendly. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous with everything we can need and more. Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from Sunset Beach. We have the most wonderful few days in Dubrovik and will definitely be back!

The host and the property owner as a family were incredibly friendly people, making our stay extra comfy and convenient at every turn (airport pick-up and drop-off; island cruise booking; finding the pharmacy on call on Sunday on our arrival and taking us there in his own car to buy some medicine for my husband's ear infection). The host, Maro, made himself available at the end of the WhatsApp chat whenever we had a question to ask. Special thanks to these gorgeous people who surrounded us to make us comfortable and feel at home! As for the property, this was an immaculate and spacious flat finished to perfection. Everything was very well-thought for the comfort of its guests and done tastefully. The beds were super comfy and the beddings were also high quality. The balcony was the place where we enjoyed our coffee and a glass of wine. It overlooks the green top mountain just as shown in the pictures. Beautiful! There is a small but very handy market at the ground level of the apartment and the underground car park is very convenient if you rent a car. Perfect location with easy access to the promenade taking you straight to Sunset Beach which is very family and children-friendly. It is only 6 minutes walk to the beach. There are a few other beaches or make-shift points around Sunset Beach to dip into the crystal clear waters practically wherever and whenever you want to cool yourself off. Every rock with a stair is practically a beach in Croatian style which I loved. Loads of places to eat and have refreshments along the promenade. It is approximately 10 minutes drive to the Old City. We used Uber | Bolt most of the time to have access to the Old City which was the cheapest thing in Croatia. Especially made sense as we were 3 people in total. We will never look for a property the next time we are visiting Dubrovnik. This is the place we will stay again and again!
