Great location, with easy walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stop to the old town is a few metres away. Comfortable, clean appartment. Responsive host with good tips as to how best to see the city.

Amazing stay and worth the price. Mateo was an amazing property manager and recommended to us the best spots. The apartment is clean and tidy and has air conditioning. Having the washing machine was a bonus. The location was good for the price. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the beach and had a park around the corner and supermarket across the street. Highly recommend!

It was a very nice experience. Short but beautiful. The location of the house is very convenient. 15 minutes from the beach "Uvala Lapada". Also the meeting point for the tourist boat tour was no more than five minutes away, at the yacht port. There were many restaurants and markets around the house. The house was very convenient.

Mateo is an exceptional host. He welcomed us personally and gave us lots of local tips and guides. He is always responsive and helpful. The accommodation itself is quite convenient. It is opposite to the minimal and close to a bus stop to an old town. The bed is quite comfortable too.

Vi hadde et fint opphold her i Dubrovnik. Innsjekkingen var enkel med gode anbefalinger både på spisesteder og steder å oppsøke. Lokaliteten var perfekt for oss, rolig, muligheter for å handle mat rett utenfor døra og i nærheten av restauranter. Vi gikk til flere badeplasser fra leiligheten. Vi hadde alt vi trengte i leiligheten og med to air condition var det god temperatur inne.

They work as a team and we met Mateo, who was charming and very helpful. We followed all his recommendations. From the restaurants to the beaches, and night life. Public transport, and day trips all is exactly as he said it would be. it was like have a personal tour guide. The appartement was very comfortable and clean. Nice white sheets and towels. comfortable pillows and comforters. A little balcony, so nice. we highly recommend.

Perfect apartment for a short stay, well appointed with excellent air conditioning (which is a saviour in the summer months) Host was very nice with good communication. Within walkable distance to nearest beach but requires an uber or taxi to the old town. Overall great value for money.

We came to Dubrovnik wanting a central location to all areas of the city (Old Town, Lapad, etc) and this apartment offered just that. I would recommend using Bolt/Uber to get to the Old Town, but Lapad is about 10 minutes by walking. Check-in was smooth and the agent we had was very helpful in arranging activities for us as well. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen supplies and a washing machine in the bathroom (no fan). Also, it had good Air Conditioning, but the space was rather small even for just 4 people. The balcony is big, but looks nothing like the pictures - it does not overlook the marina, it overlooks a parking lot and main road. That was kinda disappointing for us as we therefore didn’t use it. During the week, the apartment is rather peacefully tucked away off the busy road. However by week-end, it is extremely loud (like extremely loud) on the street - something to be mindful of. Overall 4/5 because it met our basic needs, was clean, and a responsive host.

We really enjoyed our stay here, 30minute walk to old town and 15minute walk into lapad. There is a bus stop and small supermarket right outside. Very clean inside and Mateo was extremely helpful with recomendations on arrival. Only slight downside was the road outside was slightly noisy on occasions but this did not disturb us too much. Would definitely recommend staying here based on the location of the accommodation and friendliness and helpfulness of the host.
