Davor je odličan domaćin, brzo i precizno odgovara na pitanja, a izašao nam je u susret i sa alternativnim parking mestom, budući da naš auto, zbog visine, nije mogao da se parkira u dvorištu zgrade. My family and i I had an amazing time in Zagreb, thanks to Davor and his little spa apartment in Zagreb. We stayed during the winter holidays and having sauna was an perfect bonus to our stay. Even though the parking is little hard to reach but it is the historic center of the city and having an parking possibility is luxury. Apartment is spacious, barrier free and perfect for an family. Davor was an excellent host and i was blessed to be bale to spend my holidays in his luxury spa apartment.

Tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum von Zagreb. Sehr sauber. Der Einfahrt und der Parkplatz sind leider sehr eng, dies haben wir dann nicht benutzt. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse waren leider nicht benutzbar, ansonsten alles wunderbar.

What is important is that it gas a safe parking place right in front of the entrance. My wife, daughter (30) and I had 3 nights at Davor’s. The apartment was excellent. The photos and descriptions are very accurate. Davor was excellent to communicate with and very proactive. As soon as our booking was confirmed, he sent a document with description and photos on how to get into the apartment on arrival and parking - we didn’t have a car. We didn’t use the sauna as we were too busy. Davor had left some drinks ( beer, coke, juice) in the fridge for us. A lovely welcoming gesture. The apartment is about a 15 min walk to the centre of Zagreb and there are supermarkets/ bakeries close by. Great location if you are planning on a stay in Zagreb. We never used public transport or taxis, it was convenient to walk everywhere. Cost us approx E18 for an Uber from the airport late at night. Highly recommended.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve been to, really enjoyed the place and were able to relax. Very clean and comfortable flat, kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Bathroom is large and modern, has tankless water heater which means unlimited warm water, unlike other places we stayed in Croatia, nice quality washing machine with dryer. Great location, very central and easy to get to famous monuments while being quiet and private. Comfortable beds and drawers. Overall super clean, big and nice place, highly recommend. Please note, it’s not easy to impress us, as our house is newly renovated and we are used to being in a clean and modern environment but this place was amazing and we really felt like home. The host was very friendly and accommodating, we had great communication and it made our stay more pleasant. If I visit Zagreb again, will stay in this place for sure. Thank you, Davor!

Wir erhielten vor Reisebeginn eine tolle und ausführliche Anleitung auf englisch. Die Info, dass die Zufahrt zum Haus nur 1,95 m breit ist war gut zu wissen. So konnten wir die Maße unseres neuen Autos kontrollieren. Mit dem neuen Tiguan war es tatsächlich sehr knapp, aber es ging. Im Innenhof haben wir einen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Im Wohn-/Kochbereich befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Dieser Raum konnte wunderbar gekühlt werden. Die Schlafzimmer leider nicht, aber das war trotzdem für uns ok. Bei Ankunft hatte uns Davor Getränke und Schokolade im Kühlschrank deponiert. Das fanden wir sehr nett. Obwohl die Wohnung mitten in der Stadt ist, war kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Davor’s apartment in Zagreb was perfect for myself and my little family. We stayed with kids and it had lots of space. The rooms are very generous in size, great size bathroom and decent kitchen. The apartment was nice and clean and smelt beautiful on arrival. Davor left some refreshments in the fridge for us which was sweet. Everything is within walking distance to the city centre, we managed the walk perfectly fine with a 2 & 4 year old. We were able to stay later then checkout which was so helpful for us as zagreb was our last stop before going home! 10/10 recommend this stay!

For my stay in Zagreb I was looking for a spacious, clean and cozy apartment for 6 people, located in the city center. This place exceeded my expectations! We were all feeling very comfortable because the apartment was very well equipped for our needs! The location is perfect, because around there are many shops, restaurants, famous landmarks and beside that it was very quiet place! You can do both - have fun and rest as well! There is an opportunity to use sauna, which is a must on winter months, or after a long walk in cold rainy day. For the summer months, there is a lovely terrace, where you can have dinner, or drink coffee, for example. In the apartment, there is an opportunity to cook too, which makes him suitable for long accommodation period. The owners are very kind! They were always there when we needed something, for example, they shared with us a list of restaurants with really tasty Croatian cuisine! But the kindest thing was when I shared with them the info that my boyfriend is having a Birthday on the day we arrived and they suggested to make traditional Croatian cake for him and to leave a traditional champagne too! It was lovely gesture and very warm welcoming! I highly recommend this place for your stay in Zagreb!

Lieber Davor, vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft und die schnellen Antworten. Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke perfekt geeignet und sehr schön groß. Unser Hund haben sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war super einen Parkplatz mitten in der Stadt zu haben. In das centrum konnte man super rein laufen. Es war ca 1km entfernt. Die Einfahrt zum Hinterhof ist wirklich sehr schmal aber mit etwas Hilfe sind wir gut mit einem Ford Mondeo reingekommen. Liebe Grüße Jana

Davor var super hyggelig og alltid på tilbudssiden. Svarte raskt og var tilgjengelig om det var noe. Vi fikk gode anbefalinger på restauranter, vi prøvde tre av de som ble anbefalt og det var helt super mat og drikke, og god atmosfære!:) Leiligheten er veldig sentral og i et rolig strøk, og jeg hadde lett bodd her igjen!:)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um seine Gäste. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb 15 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto Achtung auf die richtige Wahl des Parkplatzes im Innenhof (was uns beim ersten Mal nicht gelang).

Wir sind mit 5 Personen für 3 Tage angereist. Es gibt ausreichend Platz im Wohnzimmer, eine große Terrasse und neben den geräumigen Bad noch eine Sauna. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und die Betten bequem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Davor's luxury spa apartment for the last 2 nights of our 10-day trip in Croatia. The small extra fee for the sauna was well worth it after 10 days of walking all over Dubrovnik, Hvar, Split and Plitvice! The space was very comfortable and felt very safe. The shower was excellent-larger than most others in Croatia that we experienced. The 15-minute walk to the city center was a perfect distance!
