Lo reservamos en oferta, no había nada mejor calidad precio, por mucha diferencia. Todo muy limpio, la cocina está bien equipada pero es difícil fregar los platos porque no hay donde dejarlos secar. Si que es verdad que el sofá es incomodo, pero el televisor es genial y las camas muy cómodas. En general, muy buen alojamiento.

The location is definitely unbeatable! The beds were very comfortable and everything was pretty clean. The check-in was also very easy. Unfortunately, the couch was extremely uncomfortable and there were no other places to sit in the living room. The twin bed is very low to the ground and therefore can be hard to get in and out of for some people. It was also very difficult to find and get to the trash drop-off location and there weren’t many amenities. This is a good place to stay if you want to be in the middle of everything and don’t plan on spending much time at the apartment.

La ubicación es excelente y todo estuvo muy bien. Un poco oscuro, pero es lógico porque está en una zona del casco antiguo que es muy tranquila. A pesar de que estás a 2 pasos de todo. Tiene 2 habitaciones con una pared muy finita y eso hace que se escuche todo entre las habitaciones. Yo fui con mi hijo y no fue un tema importante. Fue genial estar cerca.

The location is right in the center of old town. Around 5mins walk from Pile gate next to a nice pancake restaurant. Although is in the center but is very quiet. There aren’t many stairs to reach the main door of apartment,However;the apartment is located at 4th ish.(Be aware that it’s challenging if you carry heavy luggages!) Otherwise,I really enjoy the time here,the apartment is very clean and super convenient.

Great location! Next to so many restaurants off the main strip but also close to all the action. It was a little unclear which unit we were in when we arrived so we had to try all of the doors and that was a bit awkward. There is a washer but no laundry detergent so bring your own. Quiet at night. Overall a good stay!

구시가지에서 도보로 이동하고 싶은데 계단이 적은 숙소를 찾는다면 이곳이 완벽합니다. 숙소 출입시까지는 계단이 없고 내부에만 4층정도 높이의 계단이 있지만 크게 힘들지 않았습니다. 식당이 근처에 있지만 창문을 닫으면 소음이 완벽히 차단되고 아늑했어요. 호스트는 빠르고 친절한 소통으로 머무는데 불편함이 없도록 도와줬습니다.

Location was excellent and host was great at communication leading up to arrival. Only downside was that bedrooms were connected by a long but high opening, meaning I could hear everything next door. But the opening didn’t help getting air into the smaller bedroom. So needed to keep the bedroom door open to get air-conditioned cooler air in. Would recommend for families. But maybe not groups of friends.

This is a great apartment in the centre of the Old Town in Dubrovnik. We stayed for a week and the flat was a great base for us to explore the city and its surroundings. Restaurants, supermarkets, and all the attractions in the Old Town were incredibly close by. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of storage for clothes. The kitchen had all the essential tools and crockery to make meals, and the bathroom was great too.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Martina. Il est très bien placé dans la vieille ville et nous avons tout fait à pied aisément. A Noël, les commerces étaient fermés, mais il y avait de nombreuses formes de restauration à proximité. A cette période de décembre, le chauffage était un peu juste et les couettes un peu légères. Même si les placards sont hauts (celui des assiettes), il y a les ustensils nécessaires pour cuisiner. Comme il y avait peu d'activités le soir, nous avons apprécié les nombreuses plateformes à disposition pour regarder un bon film. Un vrai "plus" en hiver. Nous recommendons cet appartement pour un court séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dubrovnik. L appartement est idéalement placé au cœur de la vieille ville, à proximité de tous les lieux que nous souhaitions voir, a pieds. Les instructions pour le trouver sont très claires. Martina s est préoccupée de notre bien être au cours du séjour, a pris de nos nouvelles, nous a conseillé un moyen de transport pour l aéroport. L appartement est bien équipé. De jolis souvenirs chez Martina!

This is a great apartment inside the walls of Dubrovnik. It was easy to find and within walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and things to do. The airport shuttle will leave you at the Polce gate which is 5 min walk to the apartment . And you can also walk to meeting points for tours. Great stay!

Está en pleno centro histórico así que queda cerca de todo lo que quieras ver en Dubrovnik, el apartamento es tal cual la descripción y las fotos. Al ser un edificio antiguo la entrada es un poco desordenada y no tan limpia, pero al llegar el apartamento en el último piso todo está muy bien. A pesar de quedar en el casco antiguo en la noche es tranquilo y pudimos descansar bien. La comunicación fue super fluida e incluso nos permitieron hacer Check In unas horas antes.

We had a wonderful visit and the apartment was just as described. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The apartment is located right in the centre of the Old City. The only critique would be that although it's two bedrooms, the dividing walls do not go all the way up, so there isn't as much privacy if you had two actual walled bedrooms. Good value for price.

A good option for staying in Old Town if looking for a basic, clean, and no frills accommodation. The location was perfect. Communication prior to our arrival and during our stay was great. They were able to accommodate early check-in for us even though it wasn’t needed due to our flight delay. As you can see in other reviews, beware this is a third floor apartment. It was fine for us, but they were pretty steep stairs and some people may have issues. A few other things to note: 1. There are technically two bedrooms with doors; however, the wall between the two rooms does not go all the way up to the ceiling. You can hear everything and see light from one room to the next. 2. The air conditioner is in the main kitchen/living room area. It works well but the bedroom doors needed to be kept open to stay cool. 3. The listing says there is no washer but there was so that was a nice surprise.

Amazing location, literally just on a beautiful alley in the heart of town. Just an FYI - The apartment is a few floors up and you can’t park closer than a few hundred meters from there, so can be difficult with lots of luggage and small kids but I think that applies to anywhere in the old town. We parked in the free parking (just look up free parking online) and caught an Uber down to save on the super expensive parking. Apartment has everything you need to cook basic stuff for the family too. Thank you 🙏

This is perfectly located in the very center of the old town. The front door is only 30 meters from the Stradun and sits about halfway between the Pile gate and the Ploce gate. The AC worked well. I would absolutely rent this again!

O apartamento é o que está descrito nas fotos, mas observe que fica no último andar de um edifício com acesso por escadas. A recepção foi eficiente e, não sendo no verão, o ar condicionado não fará falta nos quartos (só há um aparelho na sala e as portas dos quartos devem ficar abertas). Não há ventilador. De resto, tudo ok!
