Es ist sehr zentral, zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. Check In/Check Out super easy. Es ist zwar ein altes Haus, aber die Wohnung ist schön modern eingerichtet, groß und man hat alles was man braucht. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I had a great stay! The hosts prepared a detailed plan with pictures before my arrival, which was very transparent and helpful. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The outdoor terrace is beautiful, and the location right next to a park makes it even more enjoyable. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly. Getting the key was easy via a lock box, and parking is conveniently located just 50 meters away. Communication with the hosts was excellent. I’m really satisfied and will definitely look out for this place every time I travel to Zagreb.

The location is amazing if you want to explore Zagreb on foot or using public transport. When you park your car, you don't need it anymore for the whole duration of your stay. The high ceilings in the apartment make it look even bigger than it is. Beds were really comfy and it was nice and warm during our stay. The park across the street was really convenient for our dog, and there is also a playground if you have kids.

We were a family of 4 coming to Zagreb for the first time, and staying at Nikolina’s apartment made it really enjoyable. It is very central next to everything. Two supermarkets are within a walking distance as well as restaurants and all the attractions you need to see. Nikolina and Igor were very helpful with everything and the apartment was just as described. The park in front of the apartment is also another highlight. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is great, 10 mins to the centre. The apartment has everything and it's very clean and modern. The car park was a bonus. The host was really nice and accommodating (Most check outs in Croatia is at 10am) The building is quite run down on the outside but the apartment makes up for it completely.

We loved our stay at Igor & Nikolina’s apartment in Zagreb! The apartment is across the street from a park, and we travelled with our dog Emma, so that was convenient. Zagreb is small, but that said the apartment was very conveniently located to both Cathedral and surrounding ms as well as cafes, restaurants, shops. We were a group of 4 adults and a dog, the couple sensitive to noise slept in the bedroom facing inwards and my spouse and I slept in the bedroom facing the street. Neither of us minded the street noise - we slept really well! While we never met Nikolina and Igor in person., they were super attentive to us via message. Recommend stay!!

Appartamento in centro, pulitissimo, due camere spaziose, cucina attrezzata con tutto ciò che serve. Viaggiavo con un'amica e i nostri cani , 4 in tutto. Di fronte all'appartamento, dall'altro lato della strda un grande parco perfetto per loro. Disponibilità di un pargheggio in garage, adatto ad auto non troppo alte,, comunque a 50 m un parcheggio pubblico coperto a piu piani. Soggiorno perfetto. Il proprietario gentilissimo. Al mio arrivo mi ha consegnato le chiavi che comunque si possono trovare in una cassaforte. Mi erano state date tutte le isctruzioni per un soggiorno in piena autonomia. Lo consiglio.

Lepo sredjen i prostran salonac, sa prelepom starinskom stolarijom. Predivan pogled na park, i sve najlepše stvari su u blizini i može se peške ići. Veliki plus je što ima garažno mesto, ali je zgodnije za manji auto, sa većim može biti nezgodan ulazak i izlazak iz nje (mi smo se malo pomučili). Sve je bilo slatko i fino.

The apartment is nice and quite spacious, well equipped (coffee machine, washing machine, etc.). It is on the ground floor with few stairs, but we managed to get in and out with child strollers. Host is very welcoming and nice. The location is superb, only few minutes walk from the hart of the city and Ban Jelacic square. We have walked from the apartment to the city centre two or three times a day. The keys collecting is very easy, at the entry of the building. In front of the building is large park which is convenient for travelers with children. Very nice terrace looking at the backyard for summer time stay. The street is very busy so the noise of the trams can be heard until the late night hours, especially in the rooms oriented to the street. However this is expected having in mind the location of the building. It did not bothered us much. Parking is available in the garage not far from the apartment.

The host was incredibly helpful and understanding. He fixed our internet late at night. And he was understanding when we were delayed. The flat is spacious and cosy at the same time. It has a very nice terrace and three separate rooms to sleep. It is a perfect choice for a group of friends!
