Apartment Marko is a beautiful apartment with a sea view located in the picturesque town Sveti Filip i Jakov between the historic city Zadar and the royal city Biograd na Moru. For those wanting to experience a truly relaxing holiday in the Zadar region, Apartment Marko is the perfect choice for you! The interior living area of Apartment Marko A1 is 53m2 and can accommodate up to four guests. Apartment Marko A1 is located on the frist floor and features an elegantly decorated bedroom with a double bed and lots of sunlight, as well as a bathroom with a shower and other bathroom amenities such as a washing machine, a hairdryer, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils so that the guests of Apartment Marko A1 can prepare delicious meals at home, which can be enjoyed in the dining room area, where six people can be sat at. The modern living room decorated in red, white and black colors, is furnished with a satellite TV and a sofa bed, where two guests can sleep. A balcony with a view of the pool, furnished with garden furniture, can be accessed from the living room. The entire apartment has WLAN access. Apartment Marko A1 Exterior The outside area of Apartment Marko spreads over 4000m2 of land, where guests will enjoy complete privacy since the entire property is fully fenced. The main focal point of the outside area is the 60 m2 large outdoor infinity swimming pool with hydro-massage jets surrounded by sun-loungers and three outside showers so that guests will experience a wellness-like feeling. A tavern is also found on the property, where guests will be able to enjoy tasty meals prepared on the barbecue. Our youngest guests will have a blast during their stay at the Apartment Marko, since they will have access to a children's playground. A parking place on the property is available for guests arriving by car. Apartments Marko A1, A2, A4, A5 and A6 are located in the same building, the sea view Villa Marko. The apartments are available for rent as separate units, but are ideal for large groups or joint family vacations if they are available for rent at the same time. Guests of the apartment have at their disposal a common yard with an area of 4000m2, 60m2 infinity pool, barbecue and children's playground. The rental of the Apartment Marko will give you the opportunity to experience a fulfilling vacation on the Croatian coast with many activities, while being away from the crowds of big cities. In addition to more tame sport activities such as beach volleyball, water polo and tennis, you will be able to try out some more extreme ones such as sailing and windsurfing. Sveti Filip i Jakov has quite an interesting gastronomic offer. In addition to typical traditional Dalmatian dishes, you will be able to experience flowers as a gastronomic delight. The idea was born, when a chef association by the name of “SPIZA OD CVIĆA” started collaborating with the annual flower festival, a three-day manifestation centered all around flowers (competitions in flower arrangement, fashion shows, workshops dealing with ecology etc). Talking about ecology, Sveti Filip i Jakov are in the vicinity of some amazing National Parks, such as the National Park Krka and the National Park Kornati, as well as of some Croatian cities with many cultural and historic monuments such as the city Zadar, Šibenik and Split. On the ground floor of the villa there is a washing machine available for use by all guests. Apartment A6 has its own washing machine.
