The apartment was very clean and exactly as described which was good, the hot tub & terrace is private and made it an extra special stay being able to relax on a morning/evening. Die Unterkunft war makellos. Alles was man brauchte wurde einem geboten, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Sogar eine Aufmerksamkeit als Begrüßung. Das Highlight war natürlich der private Jaccuzi. Die Lage war auch toll, man war schnell mit Bus und Uber in der Old Town und auch so konnte man fußläufig gut den Strand und viele Restaurants erreichen. Danke nochmal an Ivan, es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt.

Le vrai plus : un superbe jacuzzi sur une terrasse privée, parfait pour se détendre en fin de journée. L’emplacement est également très pratique : un arrêt de bus se trouve à seulement 10 mètres du logement et permet de rejoindre facilement la vieille ville. L’hôte a été très accueillant, disponible et réactif. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ivan was a great host, very responsive via direct message and gave us local recommendations. The apartment is in a perfect location, with a bus stop over the road (number 6 takes about 12/15mins to Pile gate), supermarkets nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from (we recommend Pino’s and Trinity Fusion). Lapad promenade is beautiful. We got up early each morning to go sightseeing and came back at the hottest part of the day for a nap. I’m quite a light sleeper so I was glad I brought my earplugs because there was a bit of noise from the other apartments (nothing extreme, just people and furniture moving). Definitely checkout the Dubrovnik pass (valid for 1, 3 or 7 days), it gives free bus journeys and entry to sights. Old town must be seen before 9am, it’s a completely different experience without the crowds. Overall we had a lovely stay in Dubrovnik and definitely recommend Ivan’s apartment!

Excellent option for a home from home stay. The apartment is spotless and stylish with lots of thoughtful details such as bathrobes and slippers for the hot tub. Short walk down to the marina or beach and lots of options to eat locally, though the kitchen is well equipped to dine at home. Local bus to the old city of Dubrovnik runs by the apartment regularly. Ivan was a perfect host, adapting to our arrival time and running through all the details of the apartment and area with us. We would definitely come here again, it's a really super place to stay.

The apartment was just as described and was a beautiful home away from home. The location was spot on: easy to walk into Lapad to the bars and restaurants and a short bus ride into the Old Town. Wspaniały apartament i niesamowity gospodarz. Wszystkie udogodnienia i obsługa przez Ivana pozwoliły nam się poczuć jak w pięciogwiazdkowym hotelu. Do tego niesamowita lokalizacja, 2 minuty spaceru do najbliższego marketu, 15 minut spaceru do przepięknej plaży. A jeśli chcesz wybrać się na Stare Miasto to 200 metrów od hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, skąd linią numer 6 możesz dostać się pod samą bramę starego miasta. Możesz również dojechać Uberem, koszt to około 7 EUR. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, daje mnóstwo wskazówek by jak najlepiej wykorzystać czas spędzony w Dubrowniku, pomógł nam również załatwić transport na lotnisko. Polecam każdemu!

Absolutely loved our stay at Ivan's place, very clean and well equipped, private location with an excellent balcony & hot tub. Walkable for us to Old Town Dubrovnik, but there is a bus stop right outside and ubers available for those that aren't. Ivan was a great host, met us, showed us around the building including meeting us to park up (Garage is perfect if you have a car). Gave us maps and even had a cleaner come in the middle of our stay (very rare for Airbnb!). Couldn't recommend it enough, we never wanted to leave!

Great little apartment. Ivan was unable to meet us as he had another arrival at the same time but sent us a great walking video tour of how to find our accommodation and phoned later to check everything was ok. Very clean throughout, comfy bed, bathroom with toiletries and bathrobes and well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and pods, filter coffee and sugar. Hot tub too was lovely. Small supermarket (closes at 10pm) a few steps away and a bakery a bit further on. A few minutes more and you are on the strip of restaurants in Lapad. Top tip.... take your own teabags as this was the only thing we couldn't find!!!

Excellent apartment. Our host was super acommadating and met us up and showed us to our room. An extra plus was the free parking in a secure garage in the same complex as the apartment. Everything was super clean and luxurius. The apartmanet had everything you could need. The jacuzzi was amazing. We loved the location. 5 min walk to all the restaurants in Lapad and the beach and a 10 min taxi-ride to Old town.

Would highly recommend. Great host and very helpful. I was messaging Ivan before I’d even arrived in Dubrovnik. Met us when we arrived for an early check in and showed us in full detail. Really clean modern space with everything you need and the hot tub is a great addition. Air con and WiFi both fantastic. Quite a walk into the old town but Uber is only €6 or bus which is literally opposite the apartment and runs every 10 minutes and past midnight is very cheap and easy and takes you right Into the old town. Beaches and restaurants all within walkable distance including Coral Beach Club which is amazing plus there’s a supermarket right around the corner. Amazing stay, would highly recommend and thank you to Ivan for all the help.

It is in 5 star condition, very well furnished and decorated, impeccably clean, kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need and the apartment is in a lovely safe location with shops and restaurants a short stroll away. Only a 7 euro Uber to Dubrovnik old town or the bus is right outside. Lapad is well worth exploring too with lovely beaches, walks and restaurants. The Bacchus bistro, only a short walk away, is one of the nicest restaurants I've been to in Croatia, so I would definitely try it. Very helpful having Ivan arrange the airport transfer too and of course the hot tub and terrace was a highlight. Thank you for a great stay 😊

Great quality interior and features such as comfortable bedding, towels and robes, a strong hot power shower, large TV with Netflix, quiet air-con throughout and not to mention the jacuzzi with terrace were appreciated after long days of walking/travelling. The location felt safe and a supermarket is just down the road. Bus stop is also really close and frequent to Old Town but there are lovely beaches and restaurants to chill at close by too. Ivan met us outside the apartment and was meticulous in going through all the facilities and provided recommendations for restaurants and offered help with excursions. Lots of basic products were provided in the flat so you don’t need to spend your money on cleaning stuff, toilet roll etc which is a plus for me! Top grade facilities. Everything matching. The bathroom is amazing! Washing machine a great plus. Comfy bed and lots of storage. Absolutely wonderful hot tub which we used daily ( even in the rain!). The location is great, right off an easy bus line to get to where you need to go, but still with plenty to do within walking distance. The balcony and hot tub were icing on the cake, perfect for the cooler evening weather we had at the end of September. Ivan was not in town on the day that we checked in so his colleague Mateo met us, and Mateo could not have been more welcoming and helpful with providing recommendations. Everything was perfect. 🤩 The apartment is so stylish and everything is new and clean. We loved the Jacuzzi and also the big bed. Ivan welcomed us so friendly even we came a bit late. The location was great to discover Lapad by foot or old town by Uber. We would come again

Dieser Urlaub war einfach nur perfekt! Danke Ivan! Der Check in/Check out verlief ohne Problem- sogar digital :) der Gastgeber war die ganze Zeit per WhatsApp zu erreichen und hat unsere Fragen sofort beantwortet, wir konnten spontan sogar eine Nacht länger bleiben. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, Restaurants ebenfalls. Wer in die old town möchte, kann für 53 kuna mit dem uber dort hin fahren 😜 Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Von Zucker bis Spülmaschinentabs ist alles vorhanden. Das Highlight bietet der Whirlpool auf der dachterasse. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Non sono solito scrivere recensioni, ma per questa volta mi sento obbligato, casa veramente perfetta, bellissima, ha tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno (ma proprio tutto), il pezzo forte ovviamente è la jacuzzi. Non è economica ma ne vale veramente la pena!

What an amazing apartment! So, even though our trip was short, I was so surprised by the hospitality of our host Ivan, had the warmest welcome ever! the apartment is super clean, new, luxuriously furnished and there's a jacuzzi as well. Definitely recommend and we'll stay a bit longer next time
