Appartement très propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avions même une terrasse privative avec nos propres transat. Le petit déjeuner proposé par l'hôte est de qualité. Nous avions fait le choix d'être sans voiture et avons pu commander comme nous le souhaitions des uber dont les prix n'étaient vraiment pas excessifs. Encore merci pour l'accueil et les petites attentions durant notre séjour.

The unit was nice, very reasonably priced and the owner was very accommodating and responsive. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and barbecued our last night. We would absolutely stay there again.

Wow what can we say, what a beautiful apartment in the hills located in a lovely village. Very clean and we had our own private balcony which was just perfect for us. The hosts were amazing and very helpful, what a lovely family 😊 Private parking for guests with gated security. We would recommend to hire a car to get around and visit the local area. We would definitely recommend getting an Uber or Bolt taxi into old town Dubrovnik as parking is very expensive and it is very busy. Cavtat was our favourite place to visit with bars and restaurants and great for people watching and seeing the yachts ( if you like watching below deck this is the place for you) 😊 there is parking down at the harbour, beautiful walks around the bay. This was our best holiday yet from start to finish, we would recommend this lovely apartment. Thanks again to Miran and Vildana and extended family.

Een heerlijk verblijf voor ons drieën (1 kind van 1 jaar)! Verblijf was erg schoon. Kinderbedje + Stoel stonden klaar bij aankomst. Liggenbedden bij het zwembad waren ook erg fijn. Contact met de host was erg prettig. Een aanrader!

The Providenca villa is ideally located (Dubrovnik, airport...) and very well appointed. We had a wonderful vacation in this quiet little corner of paradise, where we could enjoy the pool and the sun loungers. Furthermore, Miran is a thoughtful, friendly, and generous host! We had some great conversations together. We especially recommend the barbecue meal, to delight the taste buds and have a good evening! :)

We had a great stay at Vildana and Miran’s place. The pool and other facilities were fantastic and our hosts were incredibly hospitable and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them- for example, lending us a car for a quick supermarket trip on arrival. While 15 minutes out of Dubrovnik, this is a super location for exploring the area as everything is easily reached via a quick Uber ride- and lovely to return to after a busy day out. During our week we had great visits to Dubrovnik (a beautiful city worth visiting both during the daytime and evening), Cavtat, Mljet National park and Lopud island (islands easily and cheaply reached via the passenger catamaran from Dubrovnik port). Such a beautiful area- we’d love to return.

Our whole stay was wonderful: lovely pool, own terrace plus patio, friendly and calm atmosphere. The owners live in the building, too and help with everything. They even offered us their own car for a quick grocery shopping and gave us a platter for evening snack without anyextra cost when we arrived late in the evening. The last night we had a dinner (mixed grill) by the pool and it was great! We used Bolt and Über to drive to Cavtat, Dubrovnik and mount Srđ.

We had a fantastic 14 day stay! The apartment was amazing and the surprise private terrace was an added bonus! It was exactly what we wanted. Loved the local restaurants and beach, plus it was an easy commute to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. Would highly recommend!

A really comfortable apartment, with a great outdoor space. Our apartment had an extra private terrace which was a great surprise. The pool and shared areas are really nice and kept so clean. The hosts are fantastic and offer lots of extras including the option to cook a meal for you. We booked to have the 10 hour BBQ beef and Miran cooked it perfectly, everything was so delicious! Most places are within a short drive including lots of nice restaurants, and it’s an easy quick Uber to old town Dubrovnik. Would recommend!

Very nice place to stay a couple of nights. Pool is lovely and apartment is nicely decorated. Friendly hosts! Only small thing we noticed is that the sofabed in the living room is not that comfortable, but for us that was no big issue.

We had such an amazing time on this lovely complex! We had the most relaxing holiday the second we arrived. Everything is organised really well. Miran was very hospitable and willing to help out! Breakfast and Dinner is a must during your stay.

Appartement très tranquille à 10 min du vieux Dubrovnik. L’ endroit est très calme et les terrasses sont bien disposées. Ils propose de super petits déjeuners à 20€ pour 4. Il est très facile de se rendre à Dubrovnik via un Uber ou le bus qui passe à 200 m. Très bon séjour, je recommande.

We cannot recommend Villa Providenca enough. It served as the ideal base for our trip - clean, comfortable and modern. It’s location is great as it’s away from the over-crowded Old Town yet close enough that we journeyed in there most evenings. Uber means it’s less than €10 return for your trip. Miran, and his family, we’re extremely welcoming and helpful, providing anything we needed, included great recommendations. Perfect for families, couples or single travellers looking to unwind. Our most enjoyable Airbnb stay so far!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay - the apt was modern, clean, spacious & comfortable, with a fab balcony and upper deck space overlooking the pool; lots of seating & loungers. The pool was clean & warm perfect for taking a dip & splashing with the kids! Apt is very secure, with gated entrance. Excellent location for visiting both Dubrovnik (10 min drive) & Cavtat, but also being in a tranquil setting to fully chill out & relax! if you have a car, parking in Dubrovnik ranges from €5-€10 per hour and can be paid for using Croatia's own currency Kuna or by credit card, all on street parking is for residents only, there is an outdoor parking lot at each entrance to the city, which is ideal if you have young kids and using a buggy or there is a larger indoor multi parking lot! Tip if visiting Cavtat you can only pay carparking in Kuna - there is no credit card option! If you have a car, instead of taking the cable car (which I believe is quite costly), you can drive to the viewpoint overlooking the city, views are breathtaking! We would definitely stay here again, host was very welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
