This apartment in Nova Vas is set up for up to 4 guests, best for 2, with 1 bedroom (double bed) and a sofa bed in the living area. The whole space is on the ground floor, with wide door access and partial adaptations for reduced mobility, and it includes your own private entrance and private garden. Enjoy the large outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue grill, plus sun loungers and a whirlpool hot tub (included from 15.04–31.10; an additional fee applies outside these dates). Free Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, and smart satellite TV are available. Parking: 1 place. Check-in after 16:00, check-out by 10:00. One small pet (up to 5 kg) is allowed on prior request (pet fee 60 €), and a baby cot is available on request.

Apartment Nik is a different holiday accommodation in the Porec area – EcoDomus certificated apartment which is also partially adapted to people with reduced mobility.
 

Our holiday apartment is situated in Croatian region called Istria, in a quiet village called Mihatovići, only 4-5 kilometers from croatian tourism centre Poreč and it’s beautiful beaches. Through the village passes a well known “old rail road” called Parenzana, which is a great solution for riding a bike, jogging or simply having a walk with your pet friend. We offer you 2 bicycles free of charge. Besides, there is also public transportation at affordable price – e city bus.
If you however come by car, one private parking place is availabe for you.
 

The neighborhood and the property itself are both very quiet and peacefull. The house is situated in a dead end street which means it has almost no traffic. The apartment is actually second half of a family house with its own private entrance and private garden.Our apartment is fully equipped for 4 guests, but it best suits for 2 people. It is suitable for a couple, a pair with a baby/child or 2-4 friends.
The whole property is in ground-floor with no barriers, which makes it wheelchair accessible and suitable for elderly, as well for the parents with babies and young children.

Accommodation consist of 1 bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2) and very comfortable sofa bed in the living area which can accommodate two extra people.
The bedroom is decorated in romantic hues of fuchsia. Includes a double bed, 2 night stands and wardrobe. Bed linen, sheets, blankets and towels are all included. There is a nice garden view from the bedroom window.
At arrival, we will prepare for you basic groceries (salt, sugar, various spices, oil, vinegar, etc.) as well as a welcome package (seasonal fruits / vegetables, mineral water, fruit juice, milk, eggs, fresh bread, etc.)
There will be perhaps even some more surprises waiting for you:)

The living space consist of a kitchen, sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. A smart TV and air conditioning unit are here to make your stay more comfortable.
Kitchen is fully equipped and includes: complete cutlery and cooking utensils for 4 people, fridge with 1 freezer compartment, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, mocca coffe pot, electric kettle and dishwasher.

At arrival, we will prepare for you basic groceries (salt, sugar, various spices, oil, vinegar, etc.) as well as a welcome package (seasonal fruits / vegetables, mineral water, fruit juice, milk, eggs, fresh bread, etc.)
There will be perhaps even some more surprises waiting for you:)

All the doors in the apartment are wide enough for wheelchairs to pass, as well as people with walking aids. Only the door leading from the living room to the terrace is narrower, so we left it possible to pass from the outside.

In the entrance hall there is a little shoe cabinet with jacket hanger. There is also a large turquoise wall mirror.

The whole bathroom is partially adapted to persons with reduced mobility, which means there are handrails in the shower and next to the toilet. There is also a shower chair. The sink is mounted at a lower hight.
For guests who stay during colder months, there is a separate heating unit in the bathroom. Toilettries are included.

Iron and ironing board, clothes rack and a washing machine with washing powder are available at site.
Besides the apartment itself, guests access their own private part of the garden with big terrace.

There is also barbecue grill and a dining area, as well as colourful sun loungers and sun umbrella.

You can relax and enjoy your water massage while lookin at our beautiful blue and sunny sky (whirlpool consists of 2 loungers and 1 water massage seat).
Whirlpool is included in price from 15.04.-31.10. Between 01.11. – 15.04. one time fee of 70 € is to be paid additionally.
There are 2 bicycles available free of charge (child seat might be available upon prior request).
