The apartment was perfect for our family holiday. My son and I have high sensory needs, and the pool with sea view plus small beach access across the road was ideal. A stone ramp makes it easy for strollers or wheelchairs. Our dog loved the garden. The space was clean and comfortable, with flexible seating, a grill area, and handy kitchen appliances. We received a warm welcome, a room upgrade, and a gift from the lush garden. Communication was smooth by phone. The hosts were often on-site and helpful. Sunsets and sea views were unforgettable.

Wir haben als kleine Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft gehabt. Das Appartement war einfach toll. Wir konnten mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick kochen, essen, Spaß im Pool haben und entspannen. Vielen lieben Dank für diese außergewöhnlich nette Gastfreundschaft und die vielen tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und kulinarische Besonderheiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und sind dankbar für die schöne Zeit bei Ratko, Felix und Sunny (der zarten Fellnase).

Perfekte Lage, traumhafter Ausblick erfrischender Pool, 1 Minute zum Strand, kostenlose SUPs und Kayaks zum Ausleihen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten war eine wunderschöne grüne Oase, um die sich Felix liebevoll gekümmert hat. Felix hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm bereitet und uns bei allen Anliegen schnell geholfen. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Danke für alles, Felix!

Ratko and Felix felt like you had popped in to stay with friends. They were funny and so kind. We hope they visit us in New Zealand one day. :) They gave us great tips on what to do in the area sent me wonderful photos. I used basil from the garden :) The little beach over the road was lovely to swim in and parking was right outside the door x

Der Aufenthalt bei Ratko war wirklich schön und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft jedenfalls weiter. Felix war super freundlich, hat mit uns zwecks Check-In kommuniziert, hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war bei Fragen immer da. Wir haben sogar Crossaints zum Frühstück bekommen, so nett! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Der Pool wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt, kann dann natürlich auch mal wild zugehen, wenn Gäste mit Kindern da sind. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist ein Traum! Einige Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar, jedoch muss man dazu ein kurzes Stück an der dicht befahrenen Straße gehen. Die Autos machen etwas Lärm, den man hört, wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt, im Schlafzimmer hört man davon aber gar nichts. Der kleine Strand ist direkt über der Straße und war im August etwas überfüllt. Wir konnten uns aber eines der vielen SUPs von Felix ausborgen, mit dem wir am Meer getrieben sind und die Ruhe genossen haben.

Ein rundum wahnsinnig schöner Urlaub. Wir konnten abschalten, entspannen und genießen. Ziel erreicht! Die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Ratko und Felix waren zudem immer erreichbar und hatten tolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Interessante und lustige Geschichten und Informationen über das Land und die Umgebung aus erster Hand. Auch gemeinsame Ausflüge standen an, was ein irre Erlebnis war. Ich lächle immer noch! Unser Loft 1 für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind waren absolut ausreichend und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ein Traum. Die Betten waren bequem, das Bad und die Küche mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Wir durften uns frei fühlen und es gab kein "das dürft ihr nicht“. Alles war unkompliziert, sauber und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Der Pool stand zur gemeinsamen Nutzung bereit, egal ob gleich in der Früh oder abends noch schnell zum Abkühlen. Die Badebucht herrlich zum Erfrischen und Verweilen. WIR KOMMEN WIEDER

We had a great stay. The place is located opposite a lovely beach and within walking distance from lots of places to eat. Our hosts couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. We woke up to fresh croissants each morning and were given lots of suggestions of what to see in the area. I would definitely recommend staying there. Wunderschönes Apartment mit blick auf das Meer. Kurzer Weg zum Strand mit kleinem Strand Café. In die nächste Stadt sind es ca 2km, mit schönen Restaurants u Cafés. Felix die gute Seele des Hauses, war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch Ratko dem Hausbesitzer durften wir kennenlernen. Beide sind sehr aufgeschlossen und freundliche Menschen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ratko and Felix were incredibly generous, hospitable and thoughtful hosts...the kind of hosts you wish to meet at every Airbnb! Our apartment was situated hidden away on a private street, but across the street to a very private/quiet beach. Their garden is glorious and abundant. We were blown away by Ratko and Felix's hospitality. And Sonny, their dog, is a big bundle of love.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt! Die beiden Hosts sind sehr nett und sorgen sich toll um ihre Gäste! SUPs, Kanus, Kajaks, Fahrräder und Fitnessgeräte stehen zur freien Verfügung!! Zum Strand ist es nur über die Straße und ein paar Treppenstufen hinunter. Oder man bleibt einfach am Pool :-) Wir würden wiederkommen!

This place is amazing. Exactely like the pictures located on a perfect spot along the coast. The pool is amazing and a great cooling option for the summer. Also the Whirlpool which is even more cool. The beach is really close within 2 minutes walk and great restaurants also near by. The apartment itself is wonderful. Everything you need is there and the air condition was great cooling down the spot for the night. Also the terrace is amazing - which is the best on the whole house. Great moments to enjoy your coffee in the morning while overlooking the nearby sea. Also a lot of parking around. Felix & Ratko are very nice People. Always caring and giving the best tips. A warmly welcome with a nice welcome drink. I can recommend this place absolutely and we will come back for sure. Great hosts. Great place. Great pool AAA+++

Flix and Ratko are amazing people. Their place is very cute right at the other side of the street is a Beach, with the most refreshing water you can imagine. The water is crystal clear and healing. Flix and Ratko are excellent in communication, very generous people and in their flat you find all you need for perfection. They offered us the first day breakfast as we arrived late the previous night for check-in. We got some good recommendations from them and all in all is strongly recommended. Ratko and Felix were the most amazing hosts one could ever wish for. Altough we send a booking request for the same day (and even in off-season) Felix and Ratko had the room ready within two hours. We have had an amazing and warm welcome and felt in best hands though our whole stay. Felix served us home-made limoncello and even surprised us with an amazing breakfast made from herbs and vegetables from their own garden. We can suggest everyone to stay at their place!
