The villa features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering a comfortable double bed and a calm, restful ambiance. Cooling throughout the sleeping area is provided via the air-conditioning unit located in the living room, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate during warmer days. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the interior, combining functionality with understated luxury.

Step outside to discover your private outdoor oasis. The villa’s exclusive swimming pool (approximately 28 m²), complete with an outdoor shower, is surrounded by a spacious sun deck equipped with elegant sun loungers and umbrellas. Whether enjoying a refreshing swim or basking in the sun, this secluded space invites complete relaxation in total privacy.

Comfort, Safety & Exclusivity

A private, fully fenced parking area is located directly in front of the villa, offering both convenience and security. The property is carefully curated for families, providing a peaceful and respectful environment. For this reason, Villa Albus is not suitable for young groups or party-oriented stays.

BEACHES

The nearest beach (Selo) is about 400m from the apartments. The shore here as well as the bottom is sandy with a gentle descent to the sea.

 Beach Punta  - 650m - There is a concrete walking path along the shore. Guests can enjoy the sun on a grassy space partly shaded with trees or on specially prepared sunbathing areas sprinkled with gravel. A descent to the sea is gentle and the bottom is mostly sandy, partly with stones, especially in the first line from the shore. This beach in tourist season offers to change cabins, a chemical WC and a gastronomic point with snacks.

Actually, the entire coast of the village is used for beaches. Privlaka is famous for its sandy coastline. The specificity of these beaches with shallow, rapidly warming waters means that you can take a bath here long before and after the main touristic season.

The nearest restaurant is 350m from the apartments, a cafe bar is about 220 m and a grocery is about 650 m away. A larger multi-branch market is 1,3 km from the property.

ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Privlaka/Vir.
