Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower: one bedroom has a double bed and a children’s single bed, the other has two single beds. Outside, there is a terrace with seating next to an herb garden, shared BBQ, and a shared hot tub (available 15 April–15 November) shared with one other apartment. The beaches are about 400 meters away, and Sabunike is known for windsurfing or kite-sailing due to the bura wind from Velebit.

This cozy two story apartment is perfect for up to 5 guests (4 adults and one child). On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Main bedroom has one double bed and one single childrens bed and a balcony with seating area. Second room has two single beds.On the outside there is a terrace with seating area next to the herb garden, 2 parking spaces, shared BBQ and shared hot tub (with one other apartment).
