This newly renovated one-bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a family house in Mastrinka on the island of Čiovo, with the sea and nearest beach about 300 m away. The 40 m² apartment (plus a 10 m² balcony) accommodates up to 3 guests (2+1) and includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy the furnished balcony with sea view, a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living room, SAT-TV and Wi-Fi, plus access to a communal outdoor grill. There is 1 free parking place; pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 10:00.

This elegant and beautifully furnished apartment is located just 300 m from the sea and the nearest beach, which makes it a perfect choice for a relaxing summer holiday. Historical center of town Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is just 2.3 km away while the city of Split with its famous palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian is only a 30 minute drive away and can also be reached by a boat from Trogir or Slatine. Nearest grocery store (190 m) and bus stop (350 m) are just a short walk away. Nearest restaurants and cafes are within 1 km away from the apartment, while a larger selection is available in nearby Trogir.

Apartments Zen are situated on the first floor of a family house and each apartment has the total capacity for 3 persons (2+1). Four persons can be accommodated if 2 persons in the group are children.

Apartment Zen 2 covers 40 m2 of living area with additional 10 m2 of balcony. It consists of 1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and a balcony with breathtaking sea view equipped with outdoor furniture. Guests have access to the communal outdoor grill.

Apartment Zen 2 is equipped with air conditioning (in the living room), SAT-TV, Wi-fi internet, blinds, electric stove, oven, hood, mini fridge with freezing compartment, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker (capsules), safe and hair dryer. Iron and baby cot are available on request. The property offers 1 parking place, free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
