Cozy Pine Terrace Apartment Šolta

Apartment Green includes a large summer terrace (app. 18M2). The terrace has a roof which will shelter you from the sun, but from the rain as well (although it hardly ever rains in the summer). A table for 5 people is also outside so you can eat your meals outside as well. Summer terrace also includes an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and an electric barbecue. Thus, you can prepare your meals there as well.

Regarding the interior, Apartment Green has 2 bedrooms - one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms include wardrobes and all the linen neccessary. Living room includes a sofa which can be a bed for one person if you unfold it. Thus, Apartment Green can accommodate 5 guests.

Apartment Green is decorated with details from the nature and the sea and most of the furniture has been tailored made. There is also a fully equipped bathroom with towels and a hair dryer. Kitchen is also fully equipped with appliances such as water boiler, kitchen stove, sink, toaster, and a microwave. TV is a flat screen and it also has a media player which is useful if you bring movies, or cartoon for the children. There is a free flat WiFi as well.  Apartment Green has two medium sized fridges, one in the inner kitchen and the other in the summer kitchen outside. Yes, there are two kitchens as well!

Finally there is a small balcony with a view of the pine forrest. It is quite useful to dry your clothes or beach towels while enjoying the sunset over the island with a cool drink.

Apartment Green also includes a private parking area not far from the apartment.

Surroundings:

Apartment Green is situated in the pine forrest just 200m from the longest pebble beach on the island. The beach has shallow parts suitable for children. Near the beach you can find a beach bar with a shared pool your kids will love (there is even a smaller one for the smallest children). The pool is usually open in high summer season. Bar also includes a gaming area with darts, table soccer and billiard. There is a tavern and a bakery also in the vicinity of the beach and a children's playground.

There is market in the vicinity of the apartment (50m2) open in summer season. Other larger markets can be found in Grohote which is 6km from Necujam.

About Solta:

Solta is a small island near Split with several destinations. While Necujam is mainly tourism oriented with the largest beach on the island, Stomorska is a fishermen's village with the Mediterranean charm and plenty of authentic restaurants. On the other side of the island lies Maslinica with a 300 years old castle Martinis Marchi that includes a fine-dining restaurant and a marina. Grohote is the center of the island with shops and this is where most of the summer events take place. It is not on the shore. Southern side of the island is full of secluded bays with no crowds.     

A lot of our guests bring their bikes with them to vacation and go exploring them during their active vacation. Thus, Solta is perfect as summer destination for families with kids, and an active vacation.
