Guests are welcomed into a spacious 135m² ground-floor apartment that comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. The apartment includes four elegant bedrooms: two rooms with king-size beds (180x200 cm), one with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), and one with two single beds (190x90 cm each). Two baby cots and a high chair are also available free of charge. There are three modern bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers, one of which also features a bidet and washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen includes a tall refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, electric stovetop with four burners, toaster, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, and an Illy espresso machine. The dining area seats eight people, ideal for enjoying meals together. Three of the bedrooms are fitted with a Samsung Smart TV, and there’s a large flat-screen TV in the comfortable living room – the perfect space for shared moments. Two air conditioning units (in the living room and dining area) ensure a pleasant temperature, while mobile fans in each bedroom provide added comfort during warm summer days.

The private outdoor area is directly accessible through four large glass doors and offers exclusive use of various facilities. The 24m² private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. A solar outdoor shower is located nearby for added convenience. Two covered terraces (16m² each) feature a Weber gas grill, outdoor lounge furniture, and a dining table for 10 people – perfect for alfresco meals. Next to the pool area is a stylishly shaded lounge zone with an aluminum pergola and adjustable slats, offering a peaceful spot to relax or enjoy evening drinks accompanied by the soothing sounds of the adjacent jacuzzi. The Hot Springs-brand jacuzzi is maintained with the required water treatment and heats up to 40°C, offering a relaxing hydromassage experience. Children will love the private playground, complete with a slide, swing, a small table, and chairs. Nearby, on a raised grassy area, guests can enjoy a ping-pong table (with 4 rackets) and a large wood/charcoal barbecue with an additional outdoor dining table and 6 chairs.
