Prekrasan, novouređen apartman sa terasom na dvije strane, u blizini Kraljičine plaže, par minuta hoda. Blizu je i uređena šetnica kojom se može do starog grada Nina, blizu su i pekare i trgovine i restorani i kafići, a opet je smješten na mirnom, povučenom mjestu.

The apartment is very close to Queen's Beach (10 minutes on foot). It is well-equipped (with AC, dishwasher and washing machine), modern and has a large balcony with a view of the sea and the mountains behind it. Ideal size for one or two persons.

Bola to naša prvá rodinná dovolenka pri mori a som rada, že sme si vybrali práve toto ubytovanie. Nič nám nechýbalo, kúsok od pláže a veľmi ústretová pani majiteľka.😊 odporúčam.

Wir haben uns sehr über die Flexibilität der Gastgeberin gefreut und konnten somit schon früher in das Apartment rein. Danach mussten wir nämlich zu einer Hochzeit. - Es sind mehrere Geschäfte in ca 5-10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Meer braucht man aber länger. Das Apartment befindet sich im 2. Stock. Eswar sauber und die Küche bietet eine super Ausstattung. Vielen Dank, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gemütlich, ein toller Balkon mit Blick auf Berge und Meer. Man ist in 10-15 Minuten in der Altstadt und in 5 Minuten am Strand, besser gehts nicht! Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat bei kleineren Problemen direkt geholfen. Alles in allem ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

The apartment was clean and comfortable and everything looked new. 5 mins walk to queens beach which is a lovely beach and ten mins to the lovely town of nin.2 big supermarkets nearby. Would heartidly recommend. Quiet area, felt very safe.

Eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung in einer sehr guten Lage, nah am Strand. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen eigener Parkplatz, der zu der Wohnung gehört. Der Gastgeber hatte zwar keinen Hochstuhl für unser Baby, hat aber liebevoll einen Sitz mit Kissen für unsere kleine eingerichtet.

The appartment was clean. It is very close to a beautiful sandy beach. It has 2 shops 5 min away, walking distance (tommy hipermarket and konzum). The area is quiet (it's not a main street, so there is no traffic there). The appartment looks like in the pictures, the furniture is in good conditions. There is a nice view from the balcony. There is self checkin, which is also great. It's located a few minutes away from the seafront where the boats are, so you can easily take a walk to the center of Nin (15 min walk, with a 3 years old child).. It is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, fridge with freezer, a lot of kitchen amenities, towels, soap, toilet paper, a toilet seat and a cot for our kid, etc. We really enjoyed our staying :).

Topal je i ugodan osjećaj doma. Prostor je ijepo uređen. U apartmanu je sve dostupno i ispravno. Uređaji kao što su klima, ventilator, usisivač, sušoloza za kosu, kuhinjski uređaji.. Posteljina, ručnici.. Niša ne fali... Parking je u hladu. Mjesto je tiho i mirno. Plaža je blizu. Odlična za obitelj sa malom djecom. Preporučujem!!

O apartamento estava limpo e organizado. Há um ar-condicionado na sala e também havia um ventilador no quarto. Apartamento bem próximo à praia e ao centro. Pontos negativos: espaço no chuveiro muito pequeno e com cortina muito longa, ficava encostando na gente. E muito mosquito! Há mosqueteiro em algumas janelas, mas não conseguimos abrir a persiana para a luz entrar. A única janela sem mosqueteiro não dava pra abrir sem entrar muito mosquito. Havia alguns aparelhos contra mosquito para usar, mas estavam sem refil. Não procurei para ver se havia refil porque só iríamos ficar 2 noites, então só mantemos tudo fechado e matamos os mosquitos que apareciam esporadicamente.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, decorated to a high standard and had everything you could ever need for an enjoyable stay. Located only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Nin & with restaurants, super markets, bakery's and coffee shops from 5 minutes walk away, everything is close by. The apartment is located in a quiet cul de sac & with great views from the balcony, where you and sit, relax & take it all in with a beer or a glass of wine. Queen's beach is 5 minutes walk away and is a safe area to swim, relax & enjoy the views, with the option of covering yourself in the local medical mud if you wish too. Authentic Holiday Croatia who list the apartment we're first class in their response to any queries or questions and nothing was to much hassle. Private parking provided on the premises. The apartment even has a washing machine was a great bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & will definitely return again or use another property managed by Authentic Holiday Croatia.
