The neighbourhood is very friendly and calm, and everything you may need is in your surroundings, or can be easily reached by bike or car. The interior size amounts to 50 m2 and the terrace is 15 m2. It is located on the ground floor.

The Apartment is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a lovely living room with a couch (which can be used as an additional sleeping facility for 1 person or 2 children), a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, all necessary dishes and utensils) with a dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a terrace perfect to enjoy a morning coffee, some sunbathing in the afternoon or a romantic glass of wine in the evening.

Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, parking, this apartment is an ideal place for couples or families to spend the holidays. There are also a shared garden and BBQ grill facilities at your disposal.
