The property also includes a smaller stone house that is rented separately.

Experience an interesting combination of ancient and modern in this special villa Jerini, which is located in the small town of Bajčići on the island of Krk and is a newly renovated 200-year-old rural estate. It now consists of this larger house and another smaller one, both made of stone. The yard covers more than 2000 m2 and thus ensures privacy while enjoying the various facilities of this impressive property. On the outside of this villa, there is a private pool, sun deck, and barbecue, and a yard connected to the wellness area with a sauna, hot tub, relaxation area, and fitness area with outdoor and indoor showers.
