Set on 300 m² over three levels, it includes a roomy lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and a bright dining room with access to the balcony. Four themed bedrooms each have a private bathroom, seating area, and flat-screen TV, with access to the balcony or terrace. For entertainment, there’s a pool table room with table football. Outside, enjoy a heated pool, BBQ, shaded seating, and swimming in the sea. Four bedrooms accommodate eight adults comfortably, with the option for two more on the sofa bed. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. A €500 security deposit is required on arrival (refunded after inspection); pets may be allowed on request with a €100 fee, and groups under 25 years are not accepted.

It occupies 300m² spread over three levels and offers a roomy lounge with floor to ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a bright dining room, all with access to the balcony. Specious bedrooms decorated in color themes each have their own private bathroom, seating area, flatscreen TV, including access to the balcony or terrace with magnificent views of the sheltered bay. For your entertainment you will also find a pool table room adjacent to the balcony equipped with table football. Once outside the aromas of sea and pines will delight your senses. Enjoy this area setup for leisurely activities, whether that means taking a dip in the heated pool, lighting up a BBQ, sharing al fresco meal with your loved ones, relaxing in a shaded seating lounge or taking a swim in the sea...the choice is yours. Life seldom gets better than this.

With four bedrooms, eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Option of two more on the sofa bed is possible.

Villa La Perla is located near Rogoznica, a small village yet a popular tourist destination known for its sheltered bay and calm sea. Restaurants, shops and beaches are all nearby. Not to be missed is the UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir 30 minute drive away. Head down to Split for a day to experience one of Croatia’s most popular cities, offering abundant restaurants, shopping, cafes, historical sites, and active night life.

For transparency: please account for 500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Friendly pets may be allowed upon request with 100 euro pet fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
