The apartment is located on the ground floor, has 43 m2 and consists of three rooms.

The air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining table opens onto a spacious balcony with a set of garden furniture and a sea view. There is a sofa bed for two in the living room.

The comfortable bedroom equipped with one double bed is located on the backside of the building. A bathroom with a shower is right next to the bedroom. Bedroom cooling comes from an air-conditioning unit in the living room.

Each guest receives a set of bed linen and towels. 

The windows have mosquito nets and external blinds.

The apartment has its own parking space next to the building.

BEACHES

The nearest beach called Punta is only 20m from the apartments. The coast as well as the seabed is pebble or covered with small stones. The water gradually gets deep. There is a grocery in a marina, about 300m from the apartments but the prices are usually very high.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar II exit (Zadar istok) and head for Zadar/Bibinje.
