Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and parties are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Interior size is 17 m2 and balcony is 6 m2. It is located: 1 floor. The bathroom is private but is is not in the room. It is located dawn the common hall. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
