Guests can use a shared fridge in the hall and enjoy a BBQ in the courtyard. The room is furnished with a large double bed and is best suited for couples or solo travelers. Please note that there is no kitchen and cooking is not permitted. Bed linen and towels are included. Public paid parking is available within a five-minute walk. One child under 3 years stays free using existing bedding. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00; check-out is by 10:00. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 7:00.

The bathroom is private but not in the room. It is located down the common hall. The Room is located on 1st floor. It has 2 balconies. The size of the balconies are 3 and 7 m2. One balcony is shared.  There is a common fridge in the hall of the house. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

PARKING: Private parking is not available. Public parking on payment can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
