Fantastic apartment to stay at. It's a little out of the way for ubers but its hardly a problem. I wouldn't say walking distance to old town but still easy enough to get there. The apartment is great, nice view, nice bathroom, and the laundry machines is great to have.

Bardzo ładny apartament z przepięknym widokiem na morze. Czystość pomieszczeń perfekcyjna. Kuchnia i łazienka wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, a nawet więcej. Mieszkanko jest w dogodnej lokalizacji, z jednej strony 25 minut spokojnego spacerku do Starego Miasta, a z drugiej strony tyle samo do przepięknej promenady na plaży Sunset Beach.

Apartment is in a perfect location - around 20 min walk to the old town and multiple supermarkets in walking distance. The sea view from the breakfast bar is beautiful! The host is really helpful. She allowed us to check in a couple of hours early and checked in to see if we needed anything else during our stay. There is nothing negative to say about this apartment and I fully recommend if you're visiting Dubrovnik.

Great location, easy to reach the old town using the bus. The tickets are for 1Euro and valid for 1 hour in split area. The taxi will cost around 7Euro. The place is perfectly located, will great views of the beach. Home is fully equipped and you will not miss anything!

Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment. The view is amazing!! The bed was very comfortable. It is a bit of a walk to Old Town but there are also buses. Free parking on the street. Nikolina was an amazing host who checked in with us and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and things to do and see. We would definitely recommend a stay there!!

Het uitzicht op zee was perfect met een bar bij het raam waar je lekker kan ontbijten. De kamer was erg ruim en de airco werkt extreem goed. Nikolina, de eigenaresse, is echt een voortreffelijke host. De ramen waren op de ochtend van aankomst (net nadat ze het al had schoongemaakt) beklad door saharazand, dit heeft ze de dag erna opnieuw schoongemaakt voor ons. Middenin de week verzorgde haar zoon ons nog van schone handdoeken nadat ze hier om vroeg, waarbij we ook nog eens een heel leuk cadeautje kregen!

Très bel appartement, d'une grande propreté et avec une vue mer incroyable ! L'équipement est parfait. Martina et Nikolina sont très réactives et arrangeantes. La vieille ville est située à 20-30 minutes à pied et des plages aménagées se trouvent à quelques minutes. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

L’appartamento ha una bellissima vista sul mare. Si trova a una ventina di minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Dubrovnik. È una passeggiata piacevole, anche se forse un po’ stancante d’estate, ma ci sono gli autobus che collegano al centro della città. Ottimo anche per chi viaggia in macchina. È una zona molto affollata ma si trova sempre parcheggio. L’appartamento era come da descrizione e foto, provvisto di tutto il necessario (anche per fare la lavatrice). Host molto disponibili e sempre attente.

Martina’s place was gorgeous and has a wonderful view of the ocean! It’s in the quiet part of town and is a scenic walk down to old town Dubrovnik with markets, convenience stores and food options. Unfortunately we experienced a heat wave during our entire time in Croatia so we spent less time outside than we would have liked, and were so grateful for air conditioning at the apartment. Our host, Nikolina, provided us with local travel tips and was available for text/calls throughout the day. We would definitely return.

We love the view, it is enjoyable to having breakfast next to the window. Nikolina is so helpful. She response quickly every time when we have questions. 20mins walk to downtown, or just 5 mins if you take the bus. You can find small supermarket/restaurants/fast food within 10mins walk. highly recommend.

10/10! The view is beautiful, great space (we were 3 girls) and the host was amazing! She was checking in to make sure we were doing alright, gave great food recommendations and was there if we ever needed anything! It’s a just location, less than a 30 min walk to old town and less than a 30 min walk to the ferry pier so you are in the middle of everything! Highly recommend!

Amazing location, very clean room and hospitable host!! The property is perfectly located for the beach 5 minutes away, small convenience store 3 minutes away, big supermarket 8 minutes away, old town 16 minutes away, airport shuttle stop 12 minutes away. the room was exceptionally clean and Nikolina provided a lot of small gifts such as water, snacks. once you enter the property, you will definitely feel she made an effort to make customers comfortable and happy for a stay. Nikolina was always welcome for any suggestions and questions regarding Dubrovnik's restaurants, tourist attractions, transportation and so forth. we will surely visit her if we get another chance to come back to Dubrovnik !!
