Our host Mateo was very helpful with recommendations for the area, restaurants, boat trips supermarket etc. The bus into old city was very near by , no. 6 route . Very near nice beach and walks. Accommodation was very clean , spacious and comfortable. There were 3 adults in our group.

Dieses Apartment ist echt Spitze. Erfüllte genau meine Erwartungen. Alles wie auf den Fotos. Optimale Lage, direkt an der Promenade. Man kann auf der Terrasse sitzen und ist mitten im Geschehen. In der Wohnung alles top, Küche hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Und falls man zusätzlich Wünsche hat, man wird von Mateo super betreut. Da das Essen in Dubrovnik doch ziemlich teuer ist, 100 m weiter ist ein großer Tommy-Markt, die bieten tolle frischgekochte Speisen an, die man dann auf der Terrasse genießen kann. Und gleich vor dem Gebäude ist der Rauchplatz des Personals der Pizzeria Mammamia, bei denen kann man gleich Pizza bestellen (-20 % für Appartment-Bewohner) und bei der nächsten Rauchpause eines Mitarbeiters wird die direkt geliefert. Und wenn die Sonne Mittag zu stark auf die Terrasse scheint, Tisch und Sessel nehmen und in den schattigen Garten mit Mandarinenbäumen und Olivenbäumen stellen, perfekt. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert, vielen Dank an Mateo

Mateo was our host on this occasion and was always available for help and advice. He organised our transfers which were reliable and efficient. The apartment was very well appointed and close to bars, restaurants, bars and beaches. We had some lovely walks around the Promenade and also up to the Old Town but the bus stop was just around the corner if you don’t fancy the walk. Mateo gave us lots of very useful info on check-in. We loved our holiday at The Promenade and thoroughly recommend it.

The place was in a great location, easy to find and easy to check in. The host messaged us from the day before to make sure we were all OK, clear on the instructions and confirm arrival time. We arrived early dropped our cases and headed to the beach. The host contacted us throughout the stay to ensure everything was OK. La Pad is a great place to stay, great location and ideally for swimming. I would do it all again!

Mateo was an ideal host, meet us at the apartment on our arrival and communicated through wattsapp. He was very friendly and showed us everything we needed to know for the stay. Also left us a complimentary bottle of wine & water in the fridge on arrival, was a lovely touch. He also gave us tips and brochure for local attractions. Apartment had everything you would need for a stay, had hairdryer, beach towels and iron and iron board.

We had a wonderful stay here in September 2024. Mateo was a wonderful host, very communicative and helpful. He helped organize our airport transfers which we really appreciated. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable, it was prefect for us, it has everything we needed, Mateo even left beach towels for us to use at the beach, which was great as we had not brought any with us. Easy to check in. Fabulous location on the promenade in Lapad and right by the bus stop to the Old Town. We are already planning to go back for another visit. Thank you Mateo!

The hosts were so helpful and responsive, a driver was arranged for us at the airport who was able to direct us straight to the accommodation as it’s on a pedestrian street. The place was spotless and the air con was amazing which was a huge help travelling with young children in the summer. The location was so central it was easy to reach everything or arrange transport when needed. The extra touches such as the made up cot bed and a bottle of wine and water in the fridge made us feel really welcome and at home! Great stay!

Couldn't recommend Mateo and the Dutrip team enough. The apartment was great, in the perfect location to get to the beaches and into Dubronik Old Town (very close to a bus station, easy drop off/ collection points for cabs or walking distance to some of the beaches). Our contact Mateo, was brilliant throughout our stay. He gave us lots of really helpful advice and tips, plus helped us book onto a boat trip while we were there. The only thing to note is the road next to the apartment is fairly busy with bars/ restaurants but none were open very late and there was very little noise in the evenings past 11pm. It's a tourist hotspot for sure, but so easy to get to other places off the beaten track, if that's what you are looking for. We will definitely be back.

We loved everything about the appartement, it had everything we needed, the location is perfect to enjoy Dubrovnik. We used the bus to go to the center and we parked our car just in front of the Tommy, a street where you can park your car for 17 euros per day or 1.30 euro per our. If it may be useful for someone, we bought our breakfast at bakery nearby and took drinks in the cafe next to bakery, they accept it and staff is friendly. Lapad promenade is really nice for evening walk, we travelled with a small baby.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It is more spacious than it seems in the picture, and was a great base for our family during our week long. Everything is extremely walkable from the apartment, and it's a great spot for getting public transport or taxis/ubers into old town as well. The beach is so close by, and the walk to get there is lovely. The apartment itself was really well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We also really appreciated the host organising us affordably airport transfers!

This apartment was an absolute joy to spend the five nights in that I did. Very clean, everything looked new, beautiful bathroom and kitchen. This is a rather large apartment. Big bedroom with a comfortable bed. The best part is it is so close to sunset beach. It’s in a really good spot. Access to the main sunset beach promenade is right outside your door. There is a great grocery store called Tommy’s a short 2-3 minute walk away which was very convenient. It’s close to the marina, which is in the opposite direction from sunset beach. Right around the corner from the bus stop that takes you to old town(bus #6). And closer to sunset beach a beautiful walkway that takes you around all the beautiful hotels and restaurants along the Adriatic Sea. I was blown away not only by the accommodations but by Dubrovnik itself. Was my first time to Croatia and I absolutely loved Dubrovnik. One of the best trips I’ve ever had. This apartment is 5 stars all the way. You will not be disappointed.

It is just 15mins from the city center by uber or bus no.6 which the bus stop just outside the apartment. Mateo is very friendly and helpful. a gorgeous apartment perfectly located in Lapad right next to the promenade and a few minutes walk from Sunset Beach. a bus station right around the corner with regular direct buses to Old Town. lots of restaurants nearby and a lovely outdoor area to sit and relax with a glass of wine (or churros from the delicious cart down the promenade) and to let our toddler run around in. best of all was how Mateo had set up the cot - we arrived to find a travel cot beautifully set up with a mattress, sheets, a blanket and a pillow! overall a fantastic apartment and would highly recommend.

Apartment is located in Lapad, a beautiful neighborhood in Dubrovnik. It has AC, laundry, coffee, and wine & treats given as a welcome gift. Il y a tout pour passer un séjour paisible ! Le propriétaire est vraiment très très gentil, hyper réactif, il nous a aidé car on a eu un souci avec notre voiture de location, il peut vous organiser des activités sur Dubro.
