Gefallen hat uns alles. Die Wohnung war einfach super, alles Nötige war drin, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat allen Komfort angeboten. Bäckerei und ein Laden praktisch direkt vor der Tür, der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt da sehr genossen und die Wohnung ist auch sehr empfehlenswert.

Am ales să revenim pentru a doua oară la Comfort Apartament Ani și experiența a fost din nou excelentă. Locația este foarte aproape de centru, ideală pentru a explora Dubrovnik. Apartamentul este impecabil de curat și bine întreținut. Gazda este foarte primitoare și ne-a prezentat cu răbdare activitățile și locurile pe care merită să le vizităm, ceea ce ne-a făcut șederea și mai plăcută. Un mare plus este locul de parcare la subsolul reședinței, foarte convenabil pentru cei care vin cu mașina. Recomandăm cu toată încrederea acest apartament și cu siguranță vom reveni și pe viitor!

Very clean and well appointed apartment. The decor is great. Good taste. Convenient location. Everything is accessible with a short Uber ride. There's a Pekary (Bekary) and Supermarket right next to the apartment.

Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek, parkolás helyben az épület alatt megoldott (saját parkoló). Konyhai eszközökkel jól felszerelt, két apróság hiányzott: nem volt mikrosütő és a kávéfőzőbe szűrőpapír.

L’appartement est très bien situé pour réaliser la visite de la vieille ville, mais aussi pour se aller voir le coucher de soleil. La place de parking privée est un véritable plus. L’immeuble est neuf et bien entretenu, et la climatisation dans l’appartement est nécessaire en plein été et très appréciable après une journée de visite. Pratique, il y a une petite supérette et une boulangerie juste en face de la rue. L’hôte est réactif et sympathique.

We really liked our stay in Apartment Ani, everything was spacious, and super clean. Very well equipped, tastefully decorated apartment, even for longer stays and the parking spot is a good option in Dubrovnik. In walking distance from the old town, opposite the house is a delicious bakery, and nearby a small Studenac. Our host Maro was kind and helpfull, he gave us some good tips about the area.

Had a lovely stay in this apartment! Location was ideal, walking distance to the Old Town without being too close to the touristy areas. Pristine living space, for those quiet evenings. Absolutely no complaints about the comfort of the apartment and the provided amenities. Maro was an excellent host, he facilitated our slightly early arrival and was a fantastic source of information about the area, giving some excellent restaurant recommendations as well as recommending the Three Island Cruise, which was a particular highlight of our holiday. Would 100% stay here again if revisiting the city!

Had a great stay at the apartment managed by Maro. Maro communicated well and was there to meet us when we arrived. He suggested a great boat trip which we loved. The apartment was perfect - Very clean with all the facilities we needed. The location was great - about 15 minutes to walk to the gates of the old city. Lots of steps so good for fitness! The apartment is situated between two busy roads but with the windows closed, we didn’t hear any noise from traffic. Overall, a great stay.

The apartment is new & beautifully decorated. We were late for our check in as we had trouble with rental car. Maro was great & very helpful & arranged so we could self check in. He also recommended an excellent walking city tour. The apartment was great & the walk to the old town only 15 mins. We loved it there.

Three of us stayed at the apartment for three days, and had a wonderful time! Maro arranged our transportation to and from the airport which went very smoothly. He met us at the apartment and allowed us to leave our luggage there before check in time. He graciously spent time with us discussing tours in the area and gave us a tip to take free walking tours in Dubrovnik which worked out great. He also gave us suggestions for other tours and booked us a blue cave tour. That was the highlight of our visit to Dubrovnik. The boat was beautiful and the captain, Nikko and his assistant, Suzanne awesome. The apartment was spotless. We had ample towels and the beds were very comfortable. It was great to have a washing machine in the unit, and we hung our clothes outside on the drying rack on the deck. All in all, I would highly recommend staying at the apartment and would definitely stay there again. Maro was terrific and communication superb!

Boendet var fräscht, rent, bra luftkonditionering och läget i mitten av stan, ca 15 min promenad till gamla stan. Allt ordnades smidigt av värden. Värden gav bra tips om vad det lönar sig att göra i Dubrovnik, restaurang tips osv.

We have fantastic week in this amazingly beautiful city and in this nice apartment very suitable for two couple with a view both to the sea and to the mountain. Bakery and little grocery shop opposite the street. Everything went smooth, people were friendly and Maro gave us good tips what to do etc. Easy and short walk to the Pile gate, we also used Uber to explore the city. We defenetly recommend this place to stay and hope we can return some day ♥️

Maro was fantastic and really communicative - excellent host giving us lots of tips in the city and organising our trip to Mostar. Check-in and check-out were really easy and we were able to drop bags off earlier (though apartment became ready earlier so dropped ourselves off too!). Fabulous apartment, modern and well stocked (towels, loo roll, washing liquid for washing machine etc) with some nice sea views from the side of the balcony. In a good location 10-15 minutes’ walk from the Old Town (Pile Gate entrance) and close to Lapad too (a lot of the best restaurants are actually in Lapad). Although the apartment is situated between 2 quite busy roads, you can’t hear traffic when windows are shut. Would highly recommend!
