We initially booked this place but it had some plumbing issues l, which couldn’t be fixed immediately, but we were offered a very similar place in the same building. The place was spotless and the location was perfect for getting around the city. The old town is about 30 mins walk and taxis are very affordable, we mostly used Uber. The restaurants in the area are good especially if you like Italian food or fish/seafood. I communicated with both Ivan and Mateo and they were very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more. I will definitely stay at their place again if we visit Dubrovnik again.

Matteo could not do enough for us to help during a complicated and changing arrival situation. First he tried to accommodate an early arrival and booked a great driver for airport pick up. After a diverted flight and much later arrival he was in communication with the driver who promptly picked us up after many hours of delay…. All that with prompt communication with us and a super professional and positive outlook! Both he and the driver went out of their way. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Apt is as described. Very modern , super clean , quiet, well furnished. Well equipped kitchen , bottle of wine, comfortable bed Thank you, Matteo and DuTrip for helping make our stay a perfect one!

The apartment has a great location. It is modern, well-decorated, and offers all the amenities. It is close to the marina and well-connected through public transport. Matao has been a great host! He is very friendly and approachable. He allowed us an early check, took the time to give us the apartment tour, and shared information about all amenities. We had a great time in Dubrovnik and I would highly recommend the apartment.

Mateo is a great host, available to answer any questions and provide tips, he awaited us for check in and took the time to provide us with useful information. The apartment is modern, location just 10 minutes by bus (which stops literally in front of the building) and the underground garage is a blast. We had a wonderful weekend in Dubrovnik. The hosts reached out ahead of time to organise to meet us to check us in. They gave us plenty of recommendations and even organised a tour to see some of the local caves. Check out was quick & easy - the hosts sent us the instructions the day before. Communication was excellent throughout. The home itself was very clean and comfortable. We ate at home the first night, so it was a nice touch to find a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the shower was lovely, particularly after a long day in the heat. The location was great - only a 30 min walk from the old town, but right next to the bus stop for the bus that takes you there in 5-10 mins if you prefer. It was nice and quiet at night. And very close to a supermarket. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a great value stay in Dubrovnik. It was very comfortable, modern and spacious and well fitted out. It was centrally located within walking distance of the bus station / ferry port, Lapad Penninsula and (a little further) Old Town Dubrovnik. The local bus station was right down stairs.

The host was very helpful and responsive if we had any queries/issues, and recommended us some great places to visit during our stay! Absolutely fine as a place to sleep. For those arriving by bus who don't want to fool around with taxis, it's a walkable distance from the bus station and very much on the direct route towards the old city. It's also close to the main harbour where some boat tours leave. Basically it's a convenient location for your movements, but it's a bland modern building and you can expect some pretty dull modern buildings and chainstores around it, plus numerous restaurants that are the opposite of charming. However there is a very handy bakery just beyond the bus stop outside the apartment - good value burek!

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. It’s conveniently located with access to all amenities. There’s a bus stop right next to the building offering easy transportation to the city centre. Uber is also an affordable option. You can easily walk to the old town, Lapad beach and other attractions. The apartment itself is exceptionally modern, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The bed is fantastic and all essential supplies are provided, along with a wonderful balcony. The host Mateo from DuTrip is outstanding. He is highly responsive, proactive and provided valuable tips, offering support throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, it’s worth everything penny and you also get a free parking space in the secure underground garage. There is a bakery just around the corner called Rusica, where you can find fresh boreks, and there are several budget friendly lunch options nearby like Mezzanave and Minceta. DuTrip also arranged airport transfers for us, recommend.

Our host Mateo was very professional and responsive and gave us lots of tips for things to do/see. He recommended us go on the most beautiful Elaphite (Elafiti) islands: Koločep (Kalamota), Lopud and Šipan and it was amazing! The location of the apartment was great, walkable to the old town and lots of amenities/bus routes within 1 min walk! We’ll definitely recommend and come back!

Saubere und moderne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden. Waschmaschine besonderer Pluspunkt. Gastgeber hat eine Flasche Wein und Wasser kaltgestellt, vielen Dank dafür! Ebenso Kapselmaschine und Kaffeekapseln vorhanden. Bushaltestelle für 2€ in die Altstadt Dubrovnik direkt vor der Tür. 1 Minute zu Fuß Bäcker links und rechts. Hafen zum spazieren und Supermarkets in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Tiefgarage kostenlos vorhanden. Der Gasgeber hat Vorschläge für Ausflüge bereitgestellt. Alle Strände sind auch mit dem Bus erreichbar, besonders zu empfehlen copa Cabbana Beach. Pro Person immer 2€ für den Bus. Für Dubrovnik lohnt sich die Dubrovnik Card (35€)- damit kann man kostenlos Bus fahren und kann auf die Mauer (sonst 30€) und auf die Festung, in den Palast und alle Museen usw. Ruhiges Haus Wohnung auf Etage 5. Arztpraxis im Erdgeschoss.

Located right next to the bus station made it easy to get into the old town. Restaurant and shops were a 5 minute walk away. We had a great stay at Matteo's place in April'22. Location wise, it's great as right opposite the apartment there is bus stops that takes you to old town in ~5 mins. Nearest restaurant Mazzanave (~2 mins Walk) was great in terms of food and prices and is open till ~11 PM. There is also super markets at ~5 min walk from the apartment. Apartment is brand new, very clean and also very spacious with very comfortable beds. Infact, one of the best houses we have stayed in so far. Matteo is also very responsive and friendly. Overall highly recommend this place for small families travelling to Dubrovnik.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und man hat alles was man braucht, wie z.B. Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kochutensilien etc. Es ist alles sauber gewesen. Mateo, unser Ansprechpartner gibt viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt, ist sehr nett und ist super erreichbar, wenn man unterwegs doch noch Hilfe braucht. Check in und check out verlief reibungslos. Das Apartment ist ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt aber es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude. Ansonsten sind die Uber Fahrten sehr zu empfehlen (ca. 5 -10 min fahrt in die Altstadt je nach Verkehr) und ca 25 min zum Flughafen. Die Nachbarn in dem Apartment waren auch nett. Ein paar Meter weiter ist auch ein Supermarkt und neben dem Apartment ein Hotel, wo man auch mal frühstücken kann. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

The apartment is modern and clean and situated conveniently in-between Lapad and the old town, although both are quite a trek uphill of about 30 min. Ubers are a great and relatively cheap alternative. We also booked a 3 island boat trip through the host, which was nice.
