Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön,, alles war tipptopp,, dürften auch das Gepäck früher reinstellen.Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist 10 Minuten zur Fuß entfernt von den Altstadt(162 Stegen ).Wurden es gerne wieder buchen.

The Airbnb is as described. It is clean, has good dining and living rooms, and a nice view from the patio. It sits in a quiet area just above the Pile gate of Old Town and is 5 min walk downhill. It’s very close to a few market stores and cafes. There is a playground next to it if you have kids. The host Marina is very friendly and responds quickly to any inquires. She was very flexible when we arrived super early and allowed us to check in when there were no guests the night prior. One observation, the apt. walls or ceilings are kinda thin so you will pick up some chatter above you. Other than this, I won’t hesitate to come back to this lovely apt. and would highly recommend it.

Wow what a great find, really lovely apartment and the sun hits the balcony all day It is a short walk into Old Town about 10 mins downhill, and maybe the walk back is 20 as it is up. Apartment was super clean and tidy and a great size I would highly recommend this place and the host x

Great apartment only a few mins walk downhill from the old town plus studenac and bakery nearby. Air conditioning in the main living space, but not in the bedrooms. Useful fans, but was a warm in the heat wave. Would definitely stay again if we visit Dubrovnik in the future.

Excellent location 10 minute walk to the city walls. The apartment is clean and spacious with all the basics that you need for a short stay in Dubrovnik. The parking space was a huge bonus for us.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The host Marina was lovely, and always replied quickly to messages. She also allowed us to leave our luggage there on the last day so we could go and explore without carrying bags. The balcony is large and very quiet, with a lovely view. Loved staying at this beautiful apartment. Communication was great and was met by the family when we arrived. The private parking spot was a plus. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The balcony view was the best. Air conditioning is in the main living area with fans in the bedrooms. The location is great. Just be prepared for lots of uphill and steps coming back from old town (but that’s typical of the area). Two supermarkets and small restaurants nearby that were good. Tatas has great burgers and drinks are elite. Would highly recommend this apartment! We would love to Come back.

Exactly as advertised. Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful view from the balcony. Close walk to old town of Dubrovnik (lots of stairs to climb which people should be aware of however). No real issues with the apartment. Clean, utilities work well, and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

The apartment was very clean and sitting on the terrace in the morning was lovely. Walking distance to Old Town but many steps back, we sometimes took a cab which was expensive, better to try Uber.

Aprtment hatte eine gute Größe, der Balkon war auch groß ubd man konnte dort super frühstücken. Die Zimmer waren groß genug und vor allem die Lage des Apartments war super, gleich rin paar Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und für Fragen verfügbar. Ausstattung war schon etwas älter vor allem im Badezimmer aber alles war sehr sauber!

Our stay in Slavica ´ s house was trully great. As in other reviews was said the appartment is comfortable, having the terrace was wonderful. The neighbourhood is within walking distance to the old city and the sea. Possibility to park the car next to app. is very helpful. I ´ d like to mention, that communication with Slavica was great, she reacted immidiately and nothing was problem. Also Marina helped us to feel like at home. Thanks a lot!!!! Vanda

A fantastic apartment a short (if a little strenuous) walk from the old town. A bakery and 3 grocery stores within 5 minute walk. The balcony was lovely for breakfast and late evening drinks. An advantage for some will be that it is accessible by car.

We were greeted by our host with thoughtful and touching gifts, to the spacious and quiet apartment with the view of the garden, old town tower and the Adriatic sea. All amenities needed, even the espresso machine! Very walkable, at the Pila gate in less than 10 minutes, right next to the park and stairs down. Great experience, would love to come again!

We had an amazing time in Dubrovnik. Slavica always answered our queries before we arrived. Marina was so helpful and greeted us on our arrival and said goodbye when we left. The apartment was everything we had expected, we were greeted by the owner who was very helpful and explained everything we need to know. She told us where the local shops were and directions into the old town. The balcony was a welcomed space, although when we were there, Dubrovnik was experiencing a heatwave. There is air conditioning in the main living and cooking space, the bedrooms have plug in fans. We had a later flight booked so got an extension on the time to check out which again was very helpful for us. I would recommend the apartment as it is within walking distance to the old town, steps are to be expected as we were in Dubrovnik. All in all a very enjoyable stay, many thanks again.

We liked the ideal location of the apartment. It is located in a safe, quiet, and convenient lane that is only 5 minutes walk from the main entrance of the old town. We could go to almost anywhere by only a short walk. The host is super nice. She is always available, responsive, and helpful. The free parking space is right at the doorstep, adding a lot of value to what we got. Sleeping rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The air-conditioner in the living room ensured comfort after a long day out in hot summer days.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Marina our host was friendly and polite and made it clear she was on hand if we needed anything. The apartment is only a 10min walk to the city walls, you can either cut through a beautiful park or you can walk down the main road. The walk back was definitely easier via the main road, there are lots of taxis around if you feel the walk back up is too much. The apartment is near two Supermarkets and a bakery so everything you need is on hand. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend time in Dubrovnik.

Appartement spacieux avec une très belle vue de la terrasse sur la mer. La terrasse est vaste et permet de profiter de la beauté des lieux. Deux belles grandes chambres (accompagnées d’une chambre minuscule) permettent à deux couples ou une famille de se sentir tout à fait confortable. L’espace salon-cuisine-salle à manger est plus grand que sur les photos. L’espace de stationnement est vraiment apprécié. L’appartement est près de la vieille ville (une quinzaine de minutes pour l’aller, un peu plus long pour le retour à cause des escaliers à remonter). Seule petite note discordante: les équipements pour la cuisine pourraient être complétés (ex.: ajout d’une cafetière). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Merci aux hôtes pour leur disponibilité et la rétroaction rapide.

My fourth trip to Dubrovnik and this was my favorite place by far. Great location, spacious and fully equipped apartment and on-site parking for our full sized van. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony too.
