Martina's property is a must if looking to stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment is nice, easily fitted 5 adults and 2 children. What makes this apartment more than nice is when you open up any of the doors from any room and have a sea view. Having a coffee in the morning or a wine at night and able to see Locrum island and the surroundings makes this apartment have the wow factor. We have a 5 and 7 year old, the walk to Old town was 20minutes and had plenty of benches on route, and a nice coffee shop within the university. It is also 20 minutes in the opposite direction to the port. We walked everywhere but there are easy links with buses and Uber. The location of this property puts you in the heart of everything.... but nothing can beat laying in bed with the doors open and a view and sound of the sea. Martina was very responsive, and assisted in airport transfers. I can not fault this property or Martina as a host...... definitely will stay again.

Perfekte Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht. Restaurants und kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Dubrovnik ist bei einem angenehmen Spaziergang bergab entlang der Küste in 30min erreichbar. Für den Rückweg haben wir meistens den Bus genommen. Auch der Hafen war mit Bussen an der Hauptstraße gut zu erreichen.

Zdjęcia z ogłoszenia nie oddają połowy zeczywistego widoku. Apartament całkowicie wart swojej ceny. Odległość do starego miasta to 20 min spacerkiem. Obok apartamentu zejście na skały przy wodzie. Dostęp do kąpieli w morzu jest bliski ale nie jest to plaża. Dubrownik to miasto położone na klifie i trzeba to wiedzieć. Apartament przekroczył nasze oczekiwania. Pani manager bardzo pomocna i warto do niej pisać w każdej sprawie. Gorąco polecam.

Magnifique vue avec le balcon qui fait le tour de l'appartement. Endroit calme avec des commerces et lignes de bus à proximité. Hôte très réactive et qui nous donne de bons conseils pour arriver dans le logement (transfert depuis l'aéroport, instructions d'entrée...) Petit bémol: une vaisselle parfois insuffisante si vous êtes 5-7 personnes. Nous avons passé un très beau et chaud séjour (la climatisation dans le logement est un plus non négligeable).

This place was fantastic. The balcony and view is exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen has all you need for cooking a variety of meals (we did) and the refrigerator kept drinks super cold! Beds were comfy and the lines soft and clean. the living room was large and accommodating and the two side by side bathrooms were convenient to use simultaneously. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Dubrovnik and would visit Martina's other properties without hesitation.

We were really pleased with this property. There were 5 of us. The balcony is on two sides of the property, so you can either sun yourself on one side overlooking the sea or go around the corner where there was a gentle cooling breeze. All rooms open onto the balcony. My sister was staying in the large hotel alongside and ironically, this property balcony is closer to the sea than the premium hotel! Also quite convenient for centre of Old town - approximately a 20 to 25 minute walk. Note re the amenities: There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board which weren't shown on the listing. Overall this is a great property and commend it to other Airbnbers.

"The view" mérite amplement son nom : quelle vue sur l'Adriatique ! L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier très calme, à 20 min de marche pour se rendre à la vieille ville, et du port de Gruz (départ des bateaux pour certaines îles). Lignes de bus urbaines et suburbaines accessibles à pied (nous sommes allés à Cavtat et Ston). Petits commerces de proximité à quelques min à pied, dont une boulangerie. L'appartement est fonctionnel, et apparaît encore plus grand que sur les photos. Tous les équipements mentionnés sont disponibles et fonctionnels (il manquait juste un peu de vaisselle). Hôte très réactive, qui a répondu à toutes nos questions très rapidement et a organisé le transfert de / vers l'aéroport (d'ailleurs le chauffeur était très sympathique et sa conduite très souple était agréable). Nous conseillons (famille de 5 avec 3 grands ado) ; rapport qualité / prix exceptionnel !

The view from the apartment is stunning and the location is very ideal - about a 20 minute walk to the Old city center and very near multiple small beaches. The location of the apartment is excellent: we enjoyed our walks to the old town even though we were with a toddler. It was our first time in Dubrovnik and I chose this place due to the view and it did not disappoint. The views were amazing either way outdoors seating to enjoy a peaceful morning or to watch the sunset. The host was very lovely and communicated well as well as being available when reached out to. The only thing to note is that the property is down a hill walk so it is good to know if someone has trouble with uphill walking or requires easy access. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property made our trip even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderfull week in Martinas appartment. Our check in was a bit delayed, but everything was nice and clean on arrival. The appartment definitely lives up to its name, the view is beautifull! It’s only a short walk to several small supermarkets, the bus-stops and some nice restaurants. We used the bus a lot to get around, it was very easy. If we had any questions through the week, the property management team always answered quickly. We would definitely come back.

Le logement était impeccable ! Les lits confortables, les linges propres et douillets. Les deux salles de bain sont pratiques et propres ainsi que la cuisine. Ne vous chargez pas trop, une machine à laver et un étendoir avec pinces à linge sont à disposition. Un grand balcon filant vu sur la mer est une très grosse plus-value avec une table, des chaises, une chaise longue et un siège oeuf. En bas de la rue on peut aller sur les rochers et se baigner mais attention aux méduses ! En tous avons passer un excellent séjour ici je recommande ce logement, nous reviendrons ! Merci Martina ! Vous êtes 15-20 minutes à pied du centre de Dubrovnik, il y a un arrêt de bus plus haut les billets sont abordables mais je vous conseille de prendre directement le Dubrovnik pass à l'Office du tourisme. Si vous êtes plusieurs je vous recommande Zuran Giavinić en taxi pour l'aéroport, Martina vous donnera son numéro. C'est un excellent chauffeur et les prix sont plus avantageux que par bus !

Martina’s Airbnb is 100% worth staying. My friends and I stayed for 4 nights and we wished we could have stayed longer. The pictures of the view on Airbnb do not do it justice. The landscape is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out and watching the sunrise and sunset every morning. Martina was very kind and gave us plenty of recommendations. The Airbnb was fully stocked and each guest got 2 large towels and a smaller towel which was very nice. The Airbnb is a bit of a walk from Old Town (about 30 minutes), but it is absolutely worth it. We all agreed we will be coming back in the future.

We absolutely loved it here! 7 of us stayed very comfortably. The views and the balcony are AMAZING. You can swim and lounge on the rocks right below the apartment (5 minute walk if that). We took taxis or the bus to old town— quick ride. The only downfall was the apartment didn’t get very cool with the AC units so it was a little warm. But honestly the views made it worth it. Highly recommend!!

Martina was a great hostess and very responsive. The check-in process was easy and smooth. The apartment was as described. It has a great balcony and a fantastic view on the bay. The old town is about 20 min walking distance away. There are small supermarkets and a bakery close to the apartment. If you arrive by car, be aware that parking can be challenging.

Having a swimming spot on the cliffside just a few minutes away from the apartment was great aswell as the Bellevue Beach around the corner was very convenient. The apartment did have a Washing Machine which wasn't initially listed but was a pleasant surprise for us and for which we were very thankful for. Any small issues were communicated very easily with Martina and her team and sorted quickly, we definitely recommend this Apartment, thank you for having us!

A truly fantastic location, just as we hoped! Martina’s apartment is in the perfect position, with easy access to the sea, the Old Town and Lapad Bay Area. We spent 11 nights as a family of 5 and couldn’t have asked for more. A three minute walk to jump in the sea for a swim, a 15 minute walk to the Old Town, plenty of supermarkets and bakeries near by. We walked everywhere…even up Mount Srd. The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay (an additional set of keys would be handy) the wrap-round balcony guarantees sun all day, everything is clean and welcoming. The links to airport taxis worked perfectly and they were very friendly and efficient. We arrived at lunchtime and were allowed early access because it was ready for us - we really appreciated it. Don’t hesitate to book!

Amazing location and view. Being two minutes from a beach was the highlight of the trip as it allowed a lot of spontaneous swimming. It would be nice to have a second set of keys as different members of our group wanted to do different things, but it would not put me off going back again. Check in was also extremely easy and everyone was very helpful.
