This stone villa dates back to the 18th century and spans 300 m2 over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Outdoors, a terrace includes a dining area and leads to a garden with a heated 28 m2 pool. An annex offers a jacuzzi, sauna, and gym, plus an additional dining area. Inside, find a spacious living room and a fully furnished kitchen with a wine bar, dining area for 8, and an interior fireplace for barbecue. The villa is 150 m from the center of Dubrovnik and 150 m from the sea. Check-in is at 17:00 and check-out at 10:00; a €1000 security deposit is payable on arrival and returned on departure. Pets are allowed (1).

Already upon entering the property, we arrive at stone terrace designed for dining. The stone well situated on the terrace tells a story of the rich history of this exceptional villa. To the right of the terrace we find garden, where is hidden a heated pool of 28 m2. While enjoying the swimming pool, the view falls straight to the walls of Dubrovnik as an ideal starting point for planning a daily itinerary. Upon the return to the terrace, at which end is anex with jacuzzi, sauna and gym where you can regenerate between the sightseeings of Dubrovnik and its surrounding. At the top of the anex is hidden another specialty of this stone beauty, an intimate dining area, ideal for evening meals, from where the view extends to the sea and the nearby island of Lokrum.

From the terrace we enter the ground floor of stone villa where is situated spacious living room, dominated by art objects and antique amphoras. In the background there is a spacious fully furnished kitchen with a wine bar and a separate part with a dining table for 8 persons and an interior fireplace for the barbecue. On the ground floor there are two of the four villa's bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom.

The first floor is connected to the ground floor by stairs, with two spacious bedrooms, each with its en suite bathroom. Located under the roof, the bedrooms have accented beams embedded in modern design.
