The ground floor includes two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms with a shared shower bathroom, plus two additional rooms for wardrobe and storage. On the first floor, you’ll find an open kitchen and dining area for 8, a spacious living area, a guest toilet, and a large terrace with a swimming pool, sun umbrellas, and deck chairs. The courtyard features a BBQ grill and a terrace with sea view. The sea is about 300 m away and the Old City center is about 1 km. Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00; a security deposit of €500 is payable on arrival and returned on departure. Up to 1 pet is accommodated.

 

On the ground floor of Villa Lapad, there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, as well as two twin bedrooms. On this floor, there are also two more rooms, where one serves as a wardrobe and the other one as a storage.

 

On the first floor of Villa Lapad, there is a large open space, where a modern kitchen, dining area with a large dining table (for 8 people) and spacious living area with a modern leather seating set are situated. On this floor, there is a guest toilet and a large terrace with an amazing swimming pool, accompanied with sun umbrellas and deck chairs. All of this together will provide you numerous refreshing moments during long and hot summer days.

 

The ground area of Villa Lapad has a simple and discreet layout, just like the rest of this building. In the courtyard, you can find numerous features, like the above-mentioned terrace with a swimming pool and spectacular sea view, in addition to an outdoor grill, which is an essential summer accessory, and lush Mediterranean vegetation carefully framed by stone walls.

The villa has satellite TV, stereo system, DVD, telephone, Internet connection, modern equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, washing machine, safe, alarm, iron and ironing board, baby cot and feeder available upon request, garden, terrace, balcony, swimming pool, barbecue, deck chairs and sun umbrellas.
