This 5-bedroom villa in Dubrovnik spans 4 floors and offers 10 beds and 5 en-suite bathrooms for up to 12 guests. The ground floor includes a terrace with a pool (22 m²), plus a small bedroom with two twin beds and a shower. On the first floor, the suite with a double bed has a terrace with a heated jacuzzi. The second floor features two more double-bed rooms (both with en-suite bathrooms) and a small sauna with shower, while the attic has an additional double-bed room with a library reading area and bath space. The villa is airconditioned and includes WiFi; a garage offers two indoor and four outdoor parking spaces. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00, with a €500 security deposit on arrival; pets: 1 (baby cot and high chair available).

The villa simply impresses with its rich exterior. Made of a highly refined and luxurious stone surface, it gives the impression of a surreal idyll above Dubrovnik, surrounded by beautiful cypress trees. It was built back in 1938, and completely renovated in 2013 to perfectly fit its beautiful natural environment. Connected to the stylish and uniquely furnished interior, the stone walls and the very property of the villa are just the beginning of this wonderful story, making it the perfect choice for luxury holidays.

The ground floor of the villa is characterized by a spacious terrace, which offers endless views of the Adriatic Sea, the island of Lokrum and the historic city walls. A lovely teak table with chairs, located next to the outer wall of the villa is ideal for breakfast or dinner under the sky. The central part of the terrace belongs to a beautiful pool (22 m²), equipped with four lounge chairs and three linen loungers, indispensable for enjoyment in the warm summer days and evenings.

Inside the ground area, a colorful atrium, located on the right of the entrance, has found its place; while on the left side, you will find a professional kitchen and a Dalmatian tavern. The ground floor is also equipped with a small bedroom (two twin beds and a shower).

The ground floor is connected by an internal and external staircase to the first floor. On the first floor, there is a modernly designed Castello Dubrovnik suite with the exclusive "round" salon. A carefully decorated interior gives a special charm to the salon, which is full of light and has beautiful views of the sea and the Old Town. Through the sliding wall, you can enter the modern dining room with a table and chairs, which continues to the bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. The Castello Dubrovnik suite also has a terrace, equipped with a heated jacuzzi and comfortable sitting furniture.

On the second floor of Villa Castello Dubrovnik, there are two luxury rooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a luxurious bathroom (en suite) and a balcony with sitting furniture, overlooking the sea. The superior room also has a double bed and en suite bathroom. The second floor is specially equipped with a small sauna with shower, located in the central part.

The top floor of the villa, i.e. the attic, has a wonderful, modernly designed superior room, consisting of a double bed and an area to enjoy a good read from a small library (part of the room). This attic room hides its own special charm inside the beauty of a luxurious bath, placed in a "mirror room", where warm baths, various scents of Mediterranean plants and a view of the sea will literally intoxicate you. The room is also equipped with an additional bathroom with a shower.

Luxury Villa Castello Dubrovnik is equipped with LCD TV, DVD player, Internet connection, satellite television, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and grill. In front of the villa, there is a garage with two indoor and four outdoor parking spaces.
