The property features 6 master bedrooms with a bathroom and 1 apartment with a kitchenette, suitable for 14+2 persons. Also, there is a meeting room equipped with a projector, screen, and wi-fi, available for those who need working space.

Entering the villa garage, an elevator leads you to the first floor of the stone terrace where is an apartment with a kitchenette, a living room with an additional bed, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom area. This apartment is the perfect option for a family with children. There is also a separate room with an en-suite bathroom, and patio doors leading onto the terrace.
Further up you come to the pool area with deck chairs and sun umbrellas, garden, and bocce court for entertainment. Reaching the top level, on the left side of the residential building, there is a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ, while on the other side there is a sauna.

Villa Lilian's ground floor comes with a spacious and bright living area, and pleasant open-plan dining and kitchen area. The first floor offers two master double bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub).
